NFL Games Today: Saturday TV Schedule, Channels, Live Stream Options, and More

With college football moving into the bowl season and high school football complete, the NFL gets to take over Saturdays, maximizing their viewership. While it’s only two games this week, NFL football on four days of the week is a win.

Three of the four teams playing today have a shot at making the postseason. While not officially knocked out, the Los Angeles Chargers fired head coach Brandon Staley last week. At 5-9, the Chargers are tied with the Titans and Jets, both of which have been eliminated from playoff contention. Here’s how to watch Saturday’s NFL games today.

Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers

  • Start time: 4:30 p.m. ET
  • Channel: NBC
  • Live stream options: Peacock

Things start with an AFC North showdown as the Cincinnati Bengals head to Acrisure Stadium to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers. After a rough first start, Bengals backup QB Jake Browning has been on fire in Joe Burrow’s absence. What was thought to hinder their playoff aspirations has propelled them forward. How will WR Ja’Marr Chase’s absence affect him?

Meanwhile, Pittsburgh is in free fall. A three-game losing streak has dropped them from a surefire AFC playoff team to fighting off the first losing season of HC Mike Tomlin’s career. With QB Kenny Pickett still out, Tomlin needs backup Mitch Trubisky to start moving this offense effectively. It also doesn’t help that the Steelers will be without safety Minkah Fitzpatrick.

Buffalo Bills at Los Angeles Chargers.

  • Start time: 8 p.m. ET
  • Channel: Peacock

The Buffalo Bills head to SoFi Stadium for a Saturday Night duel against the Los Angeles Chargers. This game will exclusively be available to stream on Peacock. The Buffalo Bills are fighting their way back into the postseason. While still last of the 8-6 group, they are keeping pace and just had some slip-ups. That shouldn’t be a problem against a Los Angeles team in turmoil.

The Chargers were a mess on defense, and while firing Staley was a step in the right direction, those issues won’t solve themselves in a week. The Bills have been successful on 48.8% of plays they have run this season, the second-best in the NFL. The Chargers have allowed opponents to be successful on 44.2% of plays this season, the fifth worst.

With Buffalo surging, it isn’t easy to see a path to success for the Chargers in the NFL game tonight. Unless Staley’s departure unlocks another gear for the offense, the Bills have more firepower. With WR Keenan Allen out as well, it’s time for Los Angeles to look to next season while the Bills hope for some help.
