Flagg had come into the night with averages of 19.1 points, 6.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.3 steals per contest while shooting 48.0% from the field and 29.3% from three-point range in 39 games.
He has had a very solid start to his NBA career after coming in with high expectations.
The Mavs are currently the 12th seed in the Western Conference with a 15-25 record in 40 games.
They have gone 4-6 over their last ten games (and are 11-10 in 21 at home).
Following the Nuggets, the Mavs will play their next game on Thursday when they host the Utah Jazz.

Flagg had been coming off a game where he put up 27 points, five rebounds and five assists while shooting 10/17 from the field and 2/3 from three-point range in 35 minutes of playing time.
The Mavs beat the Nets by a score of 113-105.
