Micah Parsons’ Brother Calls Out Cowboys’ ‘Agenda’ Against George Pickens Ahead of WR’s Contract Negotiations

After George Pickens was reportedly fined multiple times last season, Micah Parsons' brother had choice words for the Cowboys.

It’s the offseason, and the Dallas Cowboys are in the headlines once again. Somehow, the Cowboys are always in controversy with their star players every offseason, and it’s already started with George Pickens. Micah Parsons and his family experienced it last offseason, and Parsons’ brother called out the Cowboys for their treatment of Pickens.

Micah Parsons’ Brother Rips the Cowboys Agenda

CeeDee Lamb, Dak Prescott, and Parsons have all gone through this struggle with the Cowboys’ front office.

Lamb and Prescott received the contracts that they wanted after long battles with the front office, but Parsons never got his chance and was shipped away to Green Bay. As Pickens heads into free agency, a report hit the media that Pickens had been fined multiple times during this past season.

Parsons’ brother wasn’t surprised by the timing of this information. “I hope yall peep the slander… new player contract same agenda smh,” said Parsons’ brother on X.

Pickens is set to hit free agency or be franchise tagged. Parsons’ brother believes the Cowboys are pushing an agenda to affect Pickens’ market value. Doing this could drive down the market value, making it easier for the Cowboys to sign Pickens to a better deal. Parsons’ brother doesn’t want Pickens to fall victim to the Cowboys’ tricks.

Whether the Cowboys actually have an agenda is up for debate, but everyone knows where Parsons’ brother stands on that subject. Owner Jerry Jones was in the media last offseason, taking a few shots at Parsons and souring the relationship between the two, which eventually led to the split.

It was a lack of availability on Parsons’ part, and now it’s inappropriate behavior on Pickens’s part, leading to fines. It’s a common trend in the Cowboys, and if it keeps happening, it will be hard to chalk it up to a coincidence.

Pickens will be the top receiver in free agency if the Cowboys allow him to hit the open market. It has been previously reported that he will very likely be franchise-tagged by the Cowboys to keep him around for another year or to give them the opportunity to trade him to a new team for compensation.

It was Pickens’ first year with the Cowboys, and he had the best season of his career. He ranked as the third-best receiver in PFSN’s WR Impact score with a grade of 88.4. With over 1,400 receiving yards, he looked the best he’s ever been.

He earned himself a massive payday, and he’ll get it from somewhere, even if the Cowboys’ “agenda,” as Parsons’ brother describes, could cost them, Pickens, down the road.
