Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and his wife, Kelly Stafford, recently marked their 10th wedding anniversary — and they did it in serious style. During a candid conversation, Kelly opened up about the celebration, which included a luxurious hotel stay, memorable family moments, and heartfelt personal gifts.

A Weekend of Luxury: Inside Kelly and Matthew Stafford’s 10th Anniversary Celebration
After scrapping plans for a casual dinner at Dave & Buster’s, the Staffords took their kids out for sushi one night. Kelly later called it a “horrendous idea,” saying the kids were unimpressed and stuck to just eating edamame.
But the real celebration began when the couple escaped to the Beverly Hills Hotel for a much-needed break. They dined out one night and enjoyed room service the next, spending quality time without distractions. “It was a really good weekend,” Kelly said, describing it as a “nice little reset” for the couple, who hadn’t had a solo getaway in quite some time.
Celebrity Sightings and Sentimental Gifts: A Peek Into Their Beverly Hills Getaway
Kelly noted that the Beverly Hills Hotel lived up to its reputation as a celebrity hotspot. She believes she saw Heidi Klum by the pool and James Corden nearby. She also spotted an actor from “Succession,” likely the eldest Roy sibling, interacting with his daughters.
“Everywhere I looked, I felt like I saw somebody,” she said, highlighting the hotel’s reputation as a celebrity hotspot.
As for gifts, Kelly focused on sentiment. In addition to giving Matthew a watch he’d wanted, she crafted a personal four-page letter and a book titled “Top 100 Things We’ve Said Over the Last 10 Years.” The book included common sayings in their household alongside favorite family photos. “I like personal gifts,” she said. “He has everything.”
Matthew also surprised her with a new wedding ring. Noticing she rarely wore her original engagement ring, which was too large and impractical, he presented her with a more wearable option. The moment was intimate and heartfelt, taking place in their kitchen after picking up the kids.
“He got on one knee and said some really nice things,” Kelly shared.
The celebration was a perfect mix of luxury and love, a meaningful way to commemorate a decade of marriage before the 2025 season gets underway. After an offseason of uncertainty ended in an eventual contract extension and future reassurance, the Rams star could enjoy the occasion with his wife in style.
