Nick Allegretti, who is in his fifth season, is expected to start in place of Thuney for the second straight game. He has played mostly special teams in three Super Bowl appearances with Kansas City.

Latest Injury Report News and Updates
Wide receiver Kadarius Toney has missed the last six games with a hip injury. The Chiefs listed hip and personal reasons for why he was ruled out of the AFC Championship Game. The NFL Network’s James Palmer reported that the personal part of the injury designation was because Toney and his girlfriend had their first child the night before the game.
Last week, Toney on Instagram said he was “not hurt” in a post that included a lot of bad language. Reid said Toney’s injury was real and not made up. Toney said this week that the comments were for fans of the New York Giants, his former team, and he would never attack the Chiefs.
The Chiefs did not list Toney on the injury report this week. In last season’s Super Bowl, he had a receiving touchdown and 77 punt return yards.
The Chiefs will get wide receiver Skyy Moore back after missing six games with a knee injury. He was activated earlier in the week from injured reserve and was a full participant all week. Moore has 21 catches for 244 yards and a touchdown in 14 games this season.
Wide receiver Rashee Rice was added to the injury report with an ankle injury during the week. He was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice but dropped to limited on Thursday. Rice has 20 catches for 223 yards and a touchdown in three postseason games. He did not receive a designation on the injury report after being a full participant in Friday’s practice.
Running back Jerick McKinnon is listed as questionable with a groin injury and offensive lineman Prince Tega Wanogho, who has been out since Week 3, was ruled out.
