Despite their high motor offense, the Baltimore Ravens finished the season with an 8-9 record and missed the playoffs, leading to the firing of John Harbaugh. Another Ravens’ stint might be over with as tight end Isaiah Likely drops a major hint about his upcoming free agency, admitting his time with Baltimore might be over.
Isaiah Likely Braces Ravens Fans for Possible Departure
After a college career at Coastal Carolina, the Ravens drafted likely with the 139th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Since then, Likely has been a consistent target for Lamar Jackson, but he has never had a regular opportunity as TE1 over Mark Andrews.
During a trip to San Francisco, the tight end had the chance to sit down with Barstool Sports’ Jon Gruden to talk football. During the interview, he said the following:
“I just wanna be able to blossom. I feel like the last couple years I’ve had a great vet in Mark Andrews. He’s taught me everything to be a star-caliber tight end to the point where it’s like now, I feel like I just wanna be on a team where I can get out there and help a quarterback put up as much points as possible.”
According to PFSN’s Austin Swaim, there are several potential landing spots for Likely, including the Tennessee Titans, New England Patriots, Denver Broncos, Philadelphia Eagles, and Kansas City Chiefs.
