While Seattle Seahawks fans, known as “The 12th Man” to the team’s fan base, cheer on their team against the Los Angeles Rams on “Thursday Night Football,” they may consider getting some refreshments at halftime.
But when they find out who’s playing music during that time, though, they might change their minds.
Who Is The Halftime Act At Rams-Seahawks Game?
The music will be rocking at halftime, with the legendary band Living Colour taking center stage on the Lumen Field turf.
As for the game itself, the Seahawks got on the board first with a first-quarter touchdown. The Rams countered with a field goal later in the quarter, making it 7-3 Seattle as time was running out.

In case you don’t know much about Living Colour, here’s some information provided by the Seahawks.
“Get ready for an electric halftime laser show featuring rock band, Living Colour,” according to the Seahawks. “Living Colour is a New York City–based rock band formed in 1984, featuring guitarist Vernon Reid, vocalist Corey Glover, drummer Will Calhoun, and bassist Doug Wimbish.”
“Known for their fearless sound, the band fuses heavy metal, funk, jazz, hip-hop, punk, and alternative rock with wide-ranging lyrics from personal to the political,” according to the Seahawks.”

Glover has quite a voice and helps drive the band’s multi-platinum debut Vivid. Glover has earned recognition from Billboard as one of the 50 Greatest Rock Lead Singers of All Time.
For music fans, Living Colour’s most memorable song is “Cult of Personality.” WWE fans also know that it is the theme song for pro wrestler C.M. Punk, too. Living Colour has also performed live at WrestleMania for WWE.
But on Thursday night, they’re going to bring the beat to the Lumen Field faithful.
The Seahawks hope that the music and good times help them carry the good vibrations over to the second half. Seattle entered the game 11-3 on the season, which is the same record that the Rams have as well. According to PFSN’s Defense Impact metric, Seattle has the third-best defense in the league.
Glover and Calhoun also performed the national anthem before Thursday night’s game kicked off. So, Seahawks fans got an early bit of Living Colour from those two band members before the actual band hits the field.
Once they get through rocking the crowd, though, it’ll be back to focusing on the action on the field as “The 12th Man” probably will be in a much better mood thanks to Living Colour’s music.
