Le’Veon Bell Calls Out Pittsburgh Steelers

During Sunday’s game, former NFL star Le’Veon Bell sent out a bold post (via X) about the Steelers.

His post had over 2,000 likes and 150,000 impressions.

Bell wrote: “steelers defense is trash bruh”

Bell also responded to a fan with even more criticism for his former team.

@Kakarottoso5los wrote: “Not even a Steelers fan but your defense held the Chargers to 15 points 80% of the game this is all on the offense”

Bell Wrote Back: “offense just more trash”

Bell famously played for the Steelers from 2013-17.

In that span, he was one of the top offensive players in the entire NFL.

Following the Steelers, Bell also spent time playing for the New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens, Tampa Bay Bucs and Kansas City Chiefs.

Via @NFL_Stats (in 2023): “Happy 31st birthday, Le’Veon Bell! Career stats… • 96 games • 6,554 rushing yards • 3,289 receiving yards • 102.5 scrimmage YPG • 51 total TDs • 3x all-pro • 3x pro bowler”

Fans will likely enjoy seeing Bell give his opinion about the Steelers.

Right now, they are 5-4 in nine games, which has them as the top team in the AFC North.

They will play their next game on Sunday night when they host the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Steelers are consistently among the most-watched NFL teams, but they have extra eyes on them this season because future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers is their quarterback.

They are coming off a year where they went 10-7 (and lost in the Wild Card Round).

It’s been 17 years since the Steelers have won a Super Bowl.

The Steelers’ defense currently ranks 19th in PFSN’s Defense Impact metric with a 71.5 grade.
