As we head further towards winter, NFL games and fantasy football matchups will begin to be more impacted by the weather forecast. So far, the impact of the weather has been sporadic, and that looks set to be the case in Week 10 as well. Let’s examine the Week 10 NFL weather report and how the forecasts could impact the games this weekend.
Weather forecasts are up to date as of 10:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023. Forecasts for the games are from the National Weather Service, apart from the game in Frankfurt, where the forecast is from the UK Met Office.
Week 10 NFL Weather Report and Fantasy Impact
Indianapolis Colts at New England Patriots | Sunday, 9:30 a.m.
- Expected Temperature: High-40s
- Showers: <10% chance at kickoff
- Wind: 3 mph southeasterly with gusts up to 7 mph
This game should go in the section at the bottom as the Frankfurt Stadium has a retractable roof. However, the stadium has gaps around the outside where wind can impact the game, although we did not see much impact even with high-speed gusts last week.
The Week 10 weather forecast for Germany looks extremely calm, and there is little chance of rain. We may see the roof open this week, but it shouldn’t have any major adverse impact on the game. It may change the temperature at field level, which can have an impact on the way the ball travels, but the fantasy impact should be minimal.
San Francisco 49ers at Jacksonville Jaguars | Sunday, 1 p.m.
- Expected Temperature: Low-70s
- Showers: 15% chance at kickoff
- Wind: 14 mph northerly
Of the early slate, it is the game in Jacksonville that should see the most weather impact. Even then, we are talking about slightly elevated winds and a minor chance of rain. Winds above 10 mph tend to depress scoring a little, but the impact is not that major when it is only slightly above 10 mph.

If there is any impact, it will be on the passing game. However, the impact should not be big enough to cause you to shy away from any of the main pass-catching options. Brandon Aiyuk, Deebo Samuel, George Kittle, Christian Kirk, Calvin Ridley, and Evan Engram should all be treated as normal.
Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens | Sunday, 1 p.m.
- Expected Temperature: Low-50s
- Showers: <10% chance at kickoff
- Wind: 8 mph northerly
There is not expected to be much of an issue here for fantasy purposes. The wind may get up to the 10 mph region at times during the game, but it is unlikely to make a major impact. Whatever fantasy plans you have entering this week should not be impacted by the forecast in Baltimore.
Houston Texans at Cincinnati Bengals | Sunday, 1 p.m.
- Expected Temperature: Mid-50s
- Showers: <10% chance at kickoff
- Wind: 6 mph easterly
It is a similar story in Cincinnati, where the winds should be minor, and there is little to no chance of rain. The biggest concern for this matchup is the injury to Ja’Marr Chase and how that might affect the game. Thankfully, the weather will not add further complications.
Green Bay Packers at Pittsburgh Steelers | Sunday, 1 p.m.
- Expected Temperature: Low-50s
- Showers: <10% chance at kickoff
- Wind: 5 mph easterly
All three games involving AFC North teams look set to have similar weather with low winds and little chance of rain. The likes of Diontae Johnson, George Pickens, Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and Jayden Reed will see little to no downgrade based on the weather in Pittsburgh this week.
Tennessee Titans at Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Sunday, 1 p.m.
- Expected Temperature: Mid-80s
- Showers: <10% chance at kickoff
- Wind: 6 mph northeasterly
It looks set to be a beautiful day in Florida with warm temperatures, a light breeze, and little chance of rain. Whatever plans you had for the receivers in this game should not be impacted.

That is great news when we are talking about fantasy options at WR, such as Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and DeAndre Hopkins.
Washington Commanders at Seattle Seahawks | Sunday, 4:25 p.m.
- Expected Temperature: Low-50s
- Showers: 50% chance at kickoff increasing throughout the game
- Wind: 5 mph southeasterly
The worst weather of Sunday may well come in the late-afternoon window in Seattle. While the wind will not be a major factor, there could be plenty of rain during the game. However, the impact of rain from a fantasy perspective tends to be minimal. We see a few more drops and a higher chance of fumbles but the impact of those is hard to account for.
Denver Broncos at Buffalo Bills | Monday, 8:15 p.m.
- Expected Temperature: Low-40s
- Showers: <10% chance at kickoff
- Wind: 20 mph southeasterly with gusts up to 28 mph
When it comes to the worst weather of the week, Monday Night Football may give Thursday Night Football a run for its money. The weather in Highmark Stadium is going to be windy, with gusts close to 30 mph. Those guts should be isolated and sporadic throughout the game, so the impact won’t be consistent.
However, throughout the game, we should see winds in the 20 mph region, which will depress scoring through impacts on the passing and kicking game. The current weather forecast should see you downgrade Gabe Davis, Jerry Jeudy, and Courtland Sutton a touch. You shouldn’t completely avoid them, but there is a slight downgrade.
Games Played in Stadiums With a Retractable Roof
- New Orleans Saints at Minnesota Vikings | Sunday, 1 p.m.
- Atlanta Falcons at Arizona Cardinals | Sunday, 4:05 p.m.
- Detroit Lions at Los Angeles Chargers | Sunday, 4:05 p.m.
- New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys | Sunday, 4:25 p.m.
- New York Jets at Las Vegas Raiders | Sunday, 8:20 p.m.
