Breece Hall and Cam Skattebo are generally coming off the board in this range: if they can connect the dots, maybe they can be what Williams was a year ago (1,338 yards and 13 TDs).
Them getting there might include a few more highlights, but all numbers count the same, and I see no reason to pencil in much regression for Williams as he returns to the same offense.

He had 11 games with 15+ carries a season ago (only Jonathan Taylor, James Cook, Derrick Henry, and Christian McCaffrey had more), and even if some of the Jaydon Blue (2025 fifth-round pick who opened last season as a healthy inactive) hype pans out, that volume appears to be locked in.

He’s not Christian McCaffrey, but he did earn 4+ targets in five different games last season, a passable level of versatility in an offense that we project to be one of the five most productive.
Let your opponents chase the flashy players while you lock in weekly production. Rinse and repeat that strategy with regularity throughout the first half of the draft, and I think you’re going to like where your team is sitting in December.
