Updated Evan Engram Fantasy Outlook 2026: Should I Draft the Broncos TE in Fantasy Football?

Evan Engram was once a fantasy football option on a weekly basis, but he was an afterthought in Denver last season and not much has changed entering 2026.

Evan Engram heads into another season in Denver with almost no fantasy attention on him. Now, the Broncos have added considerably to their pass-catching group. With his role shrinking and his production following, should fantasy managers be drafting Engram in 2026?

Should I Draft Evan Engram in Fantasy Football?

Engram does not even have a consensus ADP, because he sits so far down the rankings that nobody is drafting him at all. Speaking candidly, I probably did not need to write this profile in the first place.

His entire career will go down as one giant what-if. Engram had an awesome rookie season way back in 2017, posting 11.6 fantasy points per game. He battled injuries over the next two years before regressing massively in 2020 and 2021, which prompted the Giants to move on.

The athleticism was always the draw. Engram is incredibly athletic, or at least he was in his prime. Now he is 32 years old and coming off the worst season of his career.

The numbers are grim across the board. Engram saw just a 13.8% target share and averaged 1.33 yards per route run. His snap share sat below 50%, meaning he was not even a full-time player on a team that had every reason to use him.

It sure looks over for him.

The situation offers no lifeline either. Denver has since brought in Jaylen Waddle and has been talking up Pat Bryant. Courtland Sutton is still around. At best, Engram projects as the fifth option in this target hierarchy.

Engram is my TE31. He is far off the fantasy radar.
