Tate’s Fantasy Football Week 15 WR Rankings: Do You Need To Start Deebo Samuel, Zay Flowers, and Garrett Wilson?

As we enter the fantasy playoffs, how do the fantasy WR rankings look as you prepare the position in your lineups for Week 15?

Fantasy football managers may not have the likes of Keenan Allen, Christian Kirk, or Michael Thomas to rely on heading into the fantasy playoffs, but there are still plenty of quality options at WR to consider for your starting lineup.

Here are my latest Week 15 fantasy WR rankings to help guide you as you set your lineups.

All rankings are in 1QB and half-PPR scoring formats.

The Top WRs To Start in Week 15

Deebo Samuel, WR, San Francisco 49ers (at ARI)

This one might seem a bit obvious, but one simply cannot afford to send San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel to the fantasy bench right now. Samuel is coming off of two straight 30+ point fantasy outings, which include consecutive 100+ yard receiving performances.

MORE: Fantasy News Tracker

The Arizona Cardinals don’t have a ton of talent in the secondary, as evidenced by the fact that they’re allowing the 17th most fantasy points to opposing WRs this year. This puts Samuel in line for another big performance against a division rival.

Zay Flowers, WR, Baltimore Ravens (at JAX)

The playing conditions for the Baltimore Ravens passing game against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday were far from ideal. Yet, rookie WR Zay Flowers managed to score a touchdown for a second straight week, while also recording 10 or more targets in a game for the first time since Week 5.

Flowers and Odell Beckham Jr. appear to have emerged as the top pass-catching options for QB Lamar Jackson, which makes him a high-end WR2 option in my rankings for Week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Romeo Doubs, WR, Green Bay Packers (vs. TB)

The fantasy options from the Green Bay Packers’ passing game continue to be an uninspiring merry-go-round in 2023. Just when WR Christian Watson appeared to establish himself as a leading man from this group, he suffered his second hamstring injury of the season, which could keep him off the field in Week 15.

If that is the case, then Romeo Doubs should be in starting consideration for a favorable matchup against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers secondary that gives up an average of 264 passing yards per game.

If Watson misses a second straight game, Doubs is a top 35 play at the WR position with plenty of upside against a vulnerable Bucs pass defense.
