Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson may be off the field rehabbing a torn Achilles tendon, but he’s still celebrating as his fiancée, Jilly Anais, continues making moves in her career. She’s in the middle of her modeling journey and may have just landed her big break.

Deshaun Watson Celebrates Fiancée Qualifying for SI Swimsuit Model Finals
Watson posted his excitement for his fiancée on his Instagram story, making the SI Swimsuit Model Search finals with a sweet message.
“Proud of you, Queen! @Jillyanais”
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s Instagram page announced the news as she competed against Dominique Ruotolo, Tunde Oyeneyin, Reann Langas, Tish Martinez, and Allison Mason for the 2025 SI Swim Search.
“These six remarkable women have been selected to walk in the runway show during Miami Swim Week this Saturday, May 31, alongside SI Swimsuit models, including 2025 cover stars Lauren Chan, Olivia Dunne, and Jordan Chiles. One of these six women will be chosen to be a rookie for the 2026 Issue. Each finalist brings her story of strength, charisma, and inspiration.”

Watson and Anais have been dating since 2019, when they first met in Los Angeles and publicly announced their engagement in March of this year. Anais is a singer, actress, and cookbook author. The two have stayed together through the accusations in 2021 and 2022 by more than two dozen women that Watson sexually assaulted and harassed them during massage sessions in Houston. However, two grand juries did not indict him.
Watson’s future in the National Football League is more of a question at this point. He ruptured his right Achilles tendon for the second time in three months. He is expected to miss the entire 2025 NFL season and be placed on Injured Reserve.
Watson is in the fourth year of a five-year, $230 million fully guaranteed contract and has a dead cap hit of more than $167.1 million if the Browns were to cut him this season, while also having a full no-trade clause. He originally signed this deal after being traded by the Houston Texans while the investigation was going on.
While football may not be on Watson’s agenda, it will be interesting to see how he supports his fiancée at this time and whether he is in Miami to watch her walk down the runway.
