Dak Prescott is entering his tenth season as the Dallas Cowboys’ starting quarterback. The team recently opened training camp, and Prescott posted a heartfelt picture carousel highlighting memorable moments from the offseason.
Check out the pair of romantic responses his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, posted.
Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos Reminisce About Fun Offseason in Instagram Post
Prescott was a fourth-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft and has spent his entire career with the Cowboys. The quarterback and Ramos were first linked at the beginning of the 2023 season after Prescott was in a two-year relationship with Natalie Buffett.
Ramos attended the Cowboys’ 2023 season opener, and the two made things official shortly after. The couple welcomed their first daughter, Maragert Jane Rose Prescott, in March 2024, and got engaged that October.
They welcomed their second daughter, Aurora Rayne Prescott, in May 2025.
Prescott is entering his tenth NFL season after a hamstring injury ended his 2024 campaign early. He posted a photo carousel on his Instagram commemorating the offseason, with the caption, “‘The story of life begins and ends with family’ Thankful for a Great Off-Season, it’s only UP from here!”
His fiancĂ©e responded twice. The first said, “Also you’re hot and no man does it better.” She then posted, “The LOML and our bangel babies!”

The first picture in the carousel is of Prescott, Ramos, and Aurora. He included photos of offseason workouts, golf rounds, selfies of himself and Ramos, and an adorable picture of Margaret giving Aurora a bottle.
The NFL is a grind, but it’s nice when players share heartwarming pictures or stories from their personal lives.
Prescott Looks To Rebound After Injury-Shortened 2024 Season
Prescott’s career got off to a promising start, as he made the Pro Bowl and was named Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2016 after leading the Cowboys to a 13-3 record and NFC East title. He’s made the Pro Bowl two more times since, and was a second-team All-Pro in 2023.
After sustaining a brutal leg injury in 2020, the Cowboys signed Prescott to a four-year, $160 million extension. The new deal made him the highest-paid player in NFL history at the time. He repaid the Cowboys by posting an 11-5 record, 4,449 passing yards, and 37 touchdowns.

Despite four division titles and five playoff appearances under Prescott, Dallas has failed to advance to the NFC Championship Game. Things took a turn in 2024 as the Cowboys finished 7-10 and Prescott’s season ended after a Week 9 hamstring injury.
Prescott threw for just 1,9778 yards, 11 touchdowns, and eight interceptions in the shortened season, and is looking to bounce back in 2025. Early reports are that he’s off to a hot start in training camp.
The Cowboys kick off the regular season with a visit to the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles.
