As NFL training camps continue, injuries are unfortunately piling up across the league.
The Los Angeles Rams were the latest team to be impacted by a training-camp injury, as Puka Nacua left practice early on Tuesday.
What Happened to Puka Nacua, and What Are NFL Fans Saying?
According to Rams head coach Sean McVay, Nacua had to leave Tuesday’s training camp practice with an injury. It seems McVay was “unsure what the injury is” when he addressed reporters, according to NFL reporter Ari Meirov.

The extent of the injury is unclear, but if Nacua misses time, it would be a huge blow to a Rams team with Super Bowl aspirations. Last season, Nacua led all wide receivers in PFN’s WR Impact Score with a grade of 96.3. He’s widely regarded as one of the NFL’s best wideouts.
“This is so sad,” one NFL fan wrote on X.
While Nacua didn’t lead the NFL in receiving yards, he did post the highest receiving yards per game last season at 107.2.

Unfortunately, training-camp injuries are just a part of the game, but it’s always unfortunate when a star gets hurt.

Nacua is currently being sued for an offseason biting incident, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday that the Rams wideout might face an NFL suspension for his offseason actions.
Now, he is battling an injury in addition to the potential suspension hanging over him.
There has been no word on the type of injury Nacua is dealing with. The Rams will provide updates on Nacua’s status after further evaluation.
