While Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels heals from a dislocated left elbow that has sidelined him indefinitely, he is already making major moves off the field. The recovery from his Nov. 2 injury against the Seattle Seahawks is progressing, with medical evaluations confirming no ligament damage and no need for surgery.
But even as his return to the field remains a question mark, Daniels just made a huge announcement that solidifies his future in business and entertainment, proving his focus extends far beyond the gridiron.
What Is Jayden Daniels’ New Off-Field Venture?
Daniels has officially joined 3 Arts Sports, the sports management division of 3 Arts Entertainment. Adam Schefter reported the partnership on Tuesday, noting: “Commanders QB Jayden Daniels is joining 3 Arts Sports, alongside Travis Kelce and Myles Garrett, to launch his production company and grow his presence in media, business, and entertainment.”
As part of the agreement, Daniels will collaborate with 3 Arts Sports and his business manager, Regina Jackson, to launch his own production company. The initiative will focus on creating original media projects, pursuing brand partnerships, and securing equity stakes in various business ventures.
Ultimately, the goal is to build a long-term platform that extends beyond his role as the Commanders’ starting quarterback.
Shey Olaoshebikan, an executive vice president and manager at 3 Arts Sports, stated that Daniels embodies the qualities of an athlete ready to grow across multiple industries.
“Jayden represents the next generation of superstar, one who transcends the field through vision, authenticity, intelligence, and purpose,” Olaoshebikan said in a statement. “Working alongside Regina, who has guided Jayden’s development with remarkable focus and foresight, we’re building a long-term platform that extends far beyond football through production, strategic partnerships, and storytelling that reflect both his values and leadership.”
This sentiment was echoed by Aaron and Andre Eanes, partners at 3 Arts Entertainment and co-heads of 3 Arts Sports. They said Daniels’ drive, creativity, and on-field success make him a strong candidate to expand into new ventures. The company plans to help him establish and scale his business portfolio through a combination of media development and brand partnerships.
Meanwhile, Jackson explained that the partnership aligns perfectly with Daniels’ broader goals, both as an athlete and an entrepreneur. She noted that 3 Arts Sports provides powerful access to top directors, writers, showrunners, actors, and other key entertainment figures through its parent company, which is a division of Lionsgate.
This business move builds on a strong professional foundation. After winning the 2023 Heisman Trophy, Daniels earned the 2024 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award. His PFSN QB Impact Score is 74.3 with a C grade, and he ranks 21st among all quarterbacks this season.
