In the pictures U.S. Olympic gymnast Simone Biles posted on Instagram, the couple looked relaxed and happy during their vacation in San Pedro, Belize. Two of the three photos featured Biles solo, while one captured both her and Owens together.

Owens didn’t hold back with his response to the photo collection.
“You so fine baby wheeewww,” he commented, showing his affection for his wife of just over two years.
The Bears’ safety wasn’t alone in his appreciation. Fans flooded the comments with heart-eye emojis and compliments about Biles’ appearance in the tropical setting.
These posts marked some of Biles’ first social media activity since she temporarily deleted and then restored her account following a public disagreement with former swimmer and political activist Riley Gaines.
The couple’s relationship timeline shows their quick progression from engagement to marriage. Biles and Owens announced their engagement on Feb. 15, 2022, and tied the knot just over a year later on April 22, 2023.
This Belize vacation came after both Owens and Biles made headlines at the Met Gala in May, where they were spotted together at the high-profile event.

During the Met Gala, reporters asked Biles about pregnancy and the couple’s plans for children. Her response revealed their shared excitement about starting a family.
“I’ve always wanted to be a mother, have kids, and just like [Owens], he’s always wanted to be a dad, so it’s just really exciting,” Biles told the Daily Mail.
However, Biles also addressed ongoing speculation about her current status. “I am not pregnant, I never was pregnant, and therefore I never had a baby,” she said. Please stop asking me and falling for AI.”
How Has Jonathan Owens Performed With the Chicago Bears?
Owens, 29, joined the Bears as a safety in 2024Â and has established himself as a key defensive player. His journey to Chicago took him through several NFL stops along the way.
The safety went undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft but quickly found a home with the Arizona Cardinals, where he spent his rookie season. Following his year in Arizona, Owens signed with the Houston Texans and remained there from 2019 to 2022.
Before landing with the Bears, Owens spent the 2023 season with Chicago’s division rival, the Green Bay Packers. This move set up his eventual signing with Chicago on March 12, 2024, when he inked a two-year, $4.75 million contract.

During the 2024 season, Owens appeared in 10 games for Chicago. He logged 429 total snaps, splitting his time between 230 coverage snaps and 198 run defense snaps.
His statistical output included allowing 12 catches on 14 targets for 219 yards and five touchdowns. Owens also contributed one interception and one pass breakup to the Bears’ defensive efforts.
The safety played his role on a Bears defense that ranked 13th overall according to PFSN’s Defense+ metric, showing the unit’s solid performance throughout the season.
