Chase Brown didn’t enter the NFL with much luster as a fifth-round pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2023. However, the running back exploded onto the scene in 2024 with 1,350 scrimmage yards and 11 total touchdowns.
Brown is still a big part of the Bengals’ offense even as the team struggles mightily in the 2025 season. So far, he has 202 rushing yards and 102 receiving yards with one touchdown. Since Brown is such a key piece of the Bengals’ offense, many naturally wonder about his dating life. Here’s everything you need to know about Jazmyn Brock, Brown’s longtime girlfriend.

Meet Jazmyn Brock, Chase Brown’s athletic girlfriend
Brock is a social media influencer and professional fitness trainer. She specializes in the Lagree method, which focuses on building core strength, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. She boasts over 12 thousand Instagram followers and frequently posts workout videos and pictures of the child she shares with Brown.
Brock is from San Diego and, according to her Instagram, used to be a cheerleader for the San Diego State Aztecs football team. Not much information is known about how the couple met, but Brock first posted pictures at a Bengals game in August 2023. In June of 2024, Brock made the couple Instagram official by posting pictures with the running back.
On January 22, 2025, Brown and Brock announced the birth of their son on Instagram. This is the couple’s first child. Brock posted a picture of herself, Brown, and their child at Bengals’ training camp over the summer. It’s safe to say the kid and his mom will be at plenty of Bengals’ games in the future.
While Brown is certainly thriving off the field, it’s been a different story on it in 2025. The Bengals currently have a 2-4 record and are losers of four straight after starting the season 2-0. Much of the team’s problems can be attributed to star quarterback Joe Burrow suffering an injury and being sidelined until at least December.
As a result, the entire offense has struggled, including Brown. The Illinois product is averaging just 2.7 yards per carry in 2025, a far cry from the 4.3 yards he averaged a season ago. This season, PFSN’s Running Back Impact (RBi) graded him D+ with an impact score of 67.8.
Brown and the Bengals have some time to turn things around. The team will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football in Week 7, before taking on the New York Jets and Chicago Bears after that. The hope is that the team can stay alive long enough to welcome Burrow back.
