The NFL World on social media has picked its target, OC Kevin Patullo, and he deserves the blame for Philadelphia’s early exit from the playoffs.

The Eagles’ offense didn’t look like the defending Super Bowl champions in 2025. An often disoriented offense and fractured relationships with A.J. Brown require a change. Patullo was the choice after Kellen Moore became a head coach in New Orleans, but the new offensive coordinator’s system was a complete step backward.

If they fire Patullo, there’s a chance that it won’t be the only change they make. But fans have their eyes locked on Patullo being unemployed. Fans aren’t ready to get rid of Sirianni just yet, but if he won’t get rid of Patullo, it could happen.

According to PFSN’s Offense Impact Metric, the Eagles had the 16th-ranked offense in the league, which is simply not good enough. Although Sirianni might not lose his job, fans are placing blame on him for appointing Patullo.

The Eagles never showed that they were a team ready to defend their Super Bowl crown. They didn’t get their offense going against a depleted 49ers defense, with Patullo shouldering the blame.

The Eagles need to make changes, whether it is Patullo, Sirianni, or shipping out offensive pieces like Brown. A new champion will be crowned, and Patullo looks to be destined to be looking for a new home.
