Buffalo’s head coach Sean McDermott has already announced that Allen will not play in this game. This means that we are likely to see quite a bit of Mitchell Trubisky and Jake Fromm. First-year HC Dan Campell has not yet announced whether Goff would play in this game, but considering it’s his first year with the team, he will likely take some snaps.
I lean towards the Bills in this contest. The lack of experience from the coaching staff for Detroit is a huge red flag for me. Plus, even though Trubisky has looked mediocre in most of his professional career, he has experience as a starting QB in this league. That is enough for me to lay the points.
