Leonard Fournette Player Props

There’s nothing safe about taking the over on Leonard Fournette these days, especially in the running game, where he’s averaging a measly 3.5 yards per carry. But I’m betting on a game script that favors Tampa Bay, which simply cannot afford to lose its fifth game in six weeks. I think Fournette will figure prominently against a defense yielding 4.5 yards per carry.

Tom Brady Player Props

Tom Brady has hit 271+ passing yards in four of his last five contests. Of course, he’s been playing behind a lot more than usual. But I believe tonight will be a statement game for the deservedly proud QB who doesn’t want his final season to be one of his worst. Baltimore presents a favorable matchup.

Mike Evans Player Props

If he’s out there, I don’t think he’ll be a decoy. Mike Evans should produce at normal levels, if not better, against a defense yielding the fourth-most receiving yards.

Chris Godwin Player Props

Seven or more receptions seems a little high, but I like Chris Godwin breaking at least one big play, resulting in 80+ yards. For all the re-tooling Tampa Bay has done in the passing game since Brady’s arrival in 2020, Godwin (and Evans) are the constants for a reason.

Cade Otton Player Props

What’s not to like about rookie Cade Otton? Brady already clearly trusts him, and he’s earning enough volume to push for top-12 TE attention. From where I’m sitting, his low betting lines haven’t yet caught up to his weekly potential.

Receiving yards over 28.5
(-120) — DraftKings

Lamar Jackson Player Props

Relatively speaking, Lamar Jackson has struggled over the last four games. Scratch that. It’s not “relatively speaking.” He has three scores during this stretch while exceeding 174 passing yards only once. The Bucs are coming off a road loss for the ages. At home, in a must-win contest to return to .500, Tampa Bay should take this one.

Specifically, the Bucs are giving up only 5.8 yards per pass attempt, which is fourth-best in the league. At 5.8 yards per attempt, Jackson would need to throw it 37 times tonight. His high this season is 32. And he might need a lot of help from secondary receivers to rack up those yards. It doesn’t look promising.

Passing yards under 211.5

Passing TD’s under 1.5

Gus Edwards Player Props

First of all, Gus Edwards is for real. He averaged 5.0+ yards per carry in each of his first three seasons. But he’s also one-dimensional, with 96% of his career touches coming on the ground. In a negate game script, I envision Baltimore shifting away from Edwards in the second half as they attempt to mount a furious comeback.
