Which Buffalo Bills Players Are Injured in Week 15?

Here’s an update on the latest injury reports.

1. Joey Bosa, DE, Hamstring

Bosa sat out the Bengals matchup after tweaking his hamstring on a rush the week before. The veteran edge rusher left that game under his own power, but the Bills didn’t risk pushing him on a short turnaround.

Despite the setback, he remains the team’s most disruptive defender. Bosa leads Buffalo in sacks and forced fumbles.

2. Joshua Palmer, WR, Ankle

Palmer remains sidelined after re-aggravating the ankle that kept him out earlier in 2024-25. The setback came just as he was beginning to regain rhythm in the offense. Buffalo hopes his burst and route versatility return soon, especially with the passing game benefiting from greater depth down the stretch.

3. Damar Hamlin, S, Pectoral

Hamlin’s pectoral injury has kept him on injured reserve longer than expected. The staff still hasn’t indicated whether he’ll return this season. With Cole Bishop and Taylor Rapp handling the bulk of the snaps, Hamlin’s role had already transitioned into a rotational spot. His timeline remains unclear as he continues rehabbing.

4. Terrel Bernard, LB, Elbow

Bernard has missed two straight games after suffering a dislocated elbow in Week 12. Losing their defensive signal-caller has forced the Bills to adjust the middle of the field on the fly. His recovery is trending in the right direction, but the team is sticking to a cautious, week-to-week plan.

5. Spencer Brown, OT, Shoulder

Brown has been sidelined since gutting through Week 12, when his shoulder clearly hampered his play. The Bills chose not to place him on injured reserve, suggesting optimism that he could return sooner rather than later. His size and physicality are key pieces in stabilizing the right side of the offensive line.

6. Dalton Kincaid, TE, Hamstring

Kincaid’s return against the Bengals gave the offense an immediate spark. After missing three games, he stepped in with his usual smooth route-running and reliable hands.

This season, he ranks second in PFSN’s TEi with an impact score of 88.4. His touchdown grab was a reminder of how valuable he is in the red zone. Expect his snap count to grow as he reacclimates.

7. Cole Bishop, S

Bishop exited twice late in the win over the Bengals due to cramping rather than injury.

The rookie has played big-time snaps all season, and the workload caught up with him in the fourth quarter.

The Bills aren’t concerned and fully expect him to be available moving forward.

8. Mecole Hardman, WR, Calf

Hardman was placed on injured reserve after a calf injury halted his first real action with Buffalo. He flashed his speed early but hasn’t been able to build momentum. With the injury lingering, it’s unlikely the Bills expect meaningful contributions from him again in the 2024-25 season.
