The Chicago Bears have a robust injury report heading into their Week 10 game against the New York Giants. The report is 14 names long and features some of the top players on their team.
Many of their top offensive players are injured, including D’Andre Swift, Rome Odunze, DJ Moore, and Cole Kmet. The Thursday and Friday reports typically provide a good indication of whether a player is likely to play on Sunday.
Here is the update on a few of these offensive stars.

Bears Offensive Stars Hindered by Injury
There are plenty of big names present on the injury report this week, but many seem to be in good shape to play on Sunday. According to the injury report, Swift and Kmet were full participants in practice on Thursday, while Moore and Odunze were limited participants.
Swift did not practice on Friday, and he is listed as questionable for the Week 10 game. Fortunately for the Bears, Moore, Kmet, and Odunze are cleared to play this week.

Chicago is coming off its best offensive output of the season, scoring 47 points against the Cincinnati Bengals. Granted, that was against a poor Bengals defense, but we will see if they can build off that performance this week.
Swift was the only player of the group who did not suit up this past weekend. However, rookie running back Kyle Monangai had an incredible day in his absence. The seventh-round pick rushed for 176 yards, which was a season high for the Bears.
Bears Offense Rounding Into Form
Head coach Ben Johnson was the top coaching candidate this past offseason due to his offensive prowess. You can see his impact progressively making a mark on the offense, as the Bears are playing at a high level more consistently.
The Bears are tied for third in the NFL in yards per game with 378.4. Also, they average 26.9 points per game, and Caleb Williams’ development has played a significant role in their success.
According to PFSN, Williams has a QB Impact Score of 77.3 this season. That ranks 17th in the NFL. While Williams still shows inconsistencies, he has improved from his rookie season. It will be interesting to see what he can do against more formidable defenses as the season moves along.
With a record of 5-3, the Bears find themselves in the thick of things in the NFC North. They have a shot to make the playoffs for the first time since 2020. With the tough part of their schedule upcoming, it will be interesting to see how they play down the stretch.
