Bears Predicted To Acquire $160,000,000 Superstar in Blockbuster Trade To Supercharge Caleb Williams Era

The Chicago Bears could take their roster to the next level with a trade for an expensive AFC superstar, who is stuck on a struggling team.

The Chicago Bears are finally turning things around.

Entering Week 12 of the NFL regular season, the Bears have a record of 7-3 and have won three consecutive games. Chicago faces Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday. The Bears’ offense ranks No. 12 in the league in PFSN’s metrics, while the defense slots in at No. 24.

In an effort to supercharge the new era in Chicago led by former No. 1 pick quarterback Caleb Williams, the Bears could trade for a defensive superstar this offseason.

Bears Predicted To Trade for Myles Garrett

The Cleveland Browns are one of the worst teams in the NFL with a 2-8 record heading into their matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Superstar pass rusher Myles Garrett signed a four-year, $160 million contract extension with the Browns earlier in 2025, but by doing so, he is wasting away his entire prime on a struggling Cleveland team. He is leading the league in sacks this season with 15.

Bleacher Report’s Alex Kay predicts the Bears could trade for Garrett this offseason, so his stellar play can impact winning. The trade proposal is as follows:

Bears receive: Myles Garrett

Browns receive: 2026 1st-Round Pick, 2026 2nd-Round Pick, 2027 1st-Round Pick, 2027 4th-Round Pick

“While Chicago is on pace to make its first playoff appearance since 2020, it could still benefit from adding an elite defender like Garrett,” Kay wrote. “…Having a sack artist like Garrett in the defensive trenches would instantly elevate the Bears to the upper echelon of NFL defenses and further improve their fast-rising Super Bowl odds.”

Garrett is undeniably a top defender in the NFL. In the Browns’ Week 11 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, he became the first player in league history to record 12 or more sacks in six consecutive seasons.

With the Bears already on the way up with Williams at the helm, this would be a huge acquisition to vault Chicago seriously among Super Bowl contenders.

Kay continued, “According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Chicago already tried making a run at Garrett during the leadup to the 2025 trade deadline. It’s unknown what Bears general manager Ryan Poles put on the table, but Schefter described it as an “aggressive” offer.”

“If the Bears are serious about bringing Garrett into the fold, they’ll need to offer up a package headline by two first-round picks with additional Day 2 and 3 capital included to sweeten the pot,” Kay concluded.

No thank you, he is sacking people 4 or 5 times a game and they still lose….Booker is getting to quarterback and that is too much draft capitol….Hopefully we find a Edge in draft
