Kiffin said, “I really enjoy Louisiana parents and how they think and what they put into their kids and how their kids want to work the same way. They come in and the questions that they ask, that ‘we just want to know that if he comes in and he works really hard, he’s gonna get a fair shot.’ That may sound like a normal question, but nowadays that’s not what parents are usually asking me anymore.”

While the portal provided the volume, Kiffin has also secured elite high school talent, particularly within the state.
