The Minnesota Vikings on Friday ruled out cornerback Jeff Okudah and tight end Josh Oliver for Sunday’s Week 10 home game against the Baltimore Ravens. Running back Aaron Jones Sr. is listed as questionable after suffering a shoulder injury in Detroit. Safety Theo Jackson also carries a game-time designation. Minnesota enters the matchup 4-4, looking to climb above .500 when they host the 3-5 Ravens at U.S. Bank Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. ET.
Aaron Jones Questionable as Vikings Prepare to Face Healthy Ravens Team
Jones continues to work through a mild AC joint sprain sustained in last week’s win over the Lions. He was limited in practice on Thursday and Friday after resting on Wednesday. Head coach Kevin O’Connell said the plan was to give Jones recovery time early in the week before ramping up his activity.

“We wanted to make sure we gave him the early part of the week, not push it too early,” O’Connell said. “And I think we reaped the benefits of that today.”
Before leaving last week’s game, Jones totaled 98 yards on 11 touches and was the key to Minnesota’s offensive rhythm. If cleared, he is expected to lead the backfield again with Jordan Mason spelling him in short-yardage situations. If he sits, Mason would handle the bulk of carries, and rookie Zavier Scott would rotate in behind him.
The Vikings need Jones. Minnesota’s offense ranks 27th in PFSN’s OFFi. He provides balance to an offense that wants to remain multiple and blend its run and pass games.

Oliver (foot) and Okudah (concussion) will both miss their second straight game. Tight end Nick Vannett and cornerback Fabian Moreau are expected to fill in once again after productive outings in Detroit.
Safety Theo Jackson remains in concussion protocol after reporting symptoms on Monday. If he cannot clear the league’s protocol, Jay Ward will rotate with Harrison Smith and Josh Metellus in Brian Flores’ defense.
Left tackle Christian Darrisaw practiced in full and is expected to play. Fullback C.J. Ham (hand) and defensive tackle Jalen Redmond (shin) remain limited but are trending in the right direction.
Baltimore, meanwhile, couldn’t be in better health. The Ravens had no players listed on their injury report all week, a rare advantage at this point in the season.
