Minnesota’s offense, which ranks 27th in PFSN’s OFFi, needs Jones to be at its best and most versatile.

Tight end Josh Oliver (foot) and fullback C.J. Ham (hand) were both on the injury report, with Ham limited and Oliver held out entirely.
Defensively, safety Theo Jackson (concussion) and cornerback Jeff Okudah (concussion) did not practice, while veteran safety Harrison Smith was given a rest day. Jackson and Okudah remain in the concussion protocol. Depth in the secondary could be tested if neither clears protocol before Sunday.

Minnesota’s defense is beginning to get healthy at the right time. Edge rusher Andrew Van Ginkel, who was not listed on Wednesday’s report, has been a major difference-maker in defensive coordinator Brian Flores’ aggressive scheme. His availability has enabled the Vikings to regain their early-season defensive rhythm. The unit ranks seventh in PFSN’s DEFi.
Among the limited participants were guard Will Fries (calf), safety Josh Metellus (foot), and defensive lineman Jalen Redmond (shin). Left tackle Christian Darrisaw (knee) was a full participant, a positive sign for a line seeking to have all five starters back soon.
The Vikings (4-4) will continue practicing on Thursday and Friday before releasing their official game designations. The Ravens did not have a player on their injury report and are expected to enter Sunday at full strength.
