Aryna Sabalenka’s boyfriend, Georgios Frangulis, recently reacted to her spending time with Paula Badosa in Dubai, where the former World No. 2 is currently based. Sabalenka and Frangulis have been in a relationship for over a year, having first been seen together during the 2024 Madrid Open.
Sabalenka and Badosa last competed during the Asian swing of the Tour, at the 2025 Wuhan Open and the China Open, respectively. The World No. 1 was a three-time defending champion in Wuhan and reached the semifinals before losing to the eventual runner-up, Jessica Pegula.
Meanwhile, in Beijing, Badosa won her opening match against Antonia Ružić but had to retire from her third-round match against Karolína Muchová during the first set due to a left hip injury, which led her to end her tennis season prematurely.

After concluding their campaigns in Asia, Sabalenka and Badosa reunited in Dubai. They previously mentioned that they enjoyed a friendly dinner “date” in the city and also shared several pictures of themselves in stunning bikinis.
Recently, Sabalenka took to social media to post a carousel of pictures showcasing how she and Badosa spent their time in Dubai. The series included images from their dinner date, relaxing around a swimming pool, visiting a spa, and much more.
“Much needed girl’s day with my bestie 💕👯♀️👙,” Sabalenka captioned her Instagram post.

Sabalenka’s boyfriend, Frangulis reacted to the post by commenting with two emojis, including a heart-eye emoji.
“😍😮💨,” Frangulis commented.
In response, the World No. 1 expressed her love for her boyfriend by replying with a red heart emoji.
“❤️,” Sabalenka replied.

Frangulis is a Greek-Brazilian entrepreneur who founded the açaí superfoods brand Oakberry, where Sabalenka serves as a brand ambassador. Earlier this year, he also invested in the French Ligue 2 club, Le Mans FC, alongside Novak Djokovic and Formula 1 drivers Kevin Magnussen and Felipe Massa.

Looking ahead, Aryna Sabalenka will next compete at the 2025 WTA Finals, which is scheduled to take place from November 1 to November 8, 2025. The matches of the tournament will be held on the indoor hard courts at the King Saud University Indoor Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In addition to the World No. 1, other players who will compete in the season-ending tournament include Iga Świątek, Coco Gauff, Amanda Anisimova, Madison Keys, Jessica Pegula, Jasmine Paolini, and either Elena Rybakina or Mirra Andreeva.
Last year, at the WTA Finals, Sabalenka was the top seed and began her campaign with victories over seventh seed Zheng Qinwen (6-3, 6-4) and fourth seed Paolini (6-3, 7-5) in her first two round-robin matches.
The Belarusian then lost to fifth seed Rybakina (4-6, 6-3, 1-6) in her third round-robin match, and her run at the tournament came to an end when she lost (6-7(4), 3-6) to eventual champion, third seed, Gauff in the semifinals.
Sabalenka achieved her best result at the WTA Finals in 2022. She was seeded seventh and opened her campaign by defeating second seed Ons Jabeur (3-6, 7-6(5), 7-5). In her second round robin match of the tournament, she lost to fifth seed Maria Sakkari (2-6, 4-6).
In her third round-robin match, the four-time Grand Slam champion secured a win over third seed Pegula (6-3, 7-5), earning her a place in the semifinals. There, she overcame top seed Świątek (6-2, 2-6, 6-1) to reach the final. In the championship match, Sabalenka finished as the runner-up after losing to sixth seed Caroline Garcia (6-7(4), 4-6).
