1) New Orleans Saints: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

While a half-dozen quarterbacks were expected to compete for the top selection in the preseason, the season’s opening weeks have witnessed those prospects fail to meet expectations, with one notable exception.

Fernando Mendoza has undoubtedly been the most electrifying NFL Draft-eligible quarterback in the early going. The Cal transfer has earned a stellar 84.4 (B) PFSN’s College QBi grade and has emerged as an NFL Draft media darling. The Indiana signal-caller has prototypical size at 6’5” and 225 pounds and possesses explosive rushing ability and cannon-like arm strength.

Additionally, he remains unflappable in the pocket under pressure and puts some of the most blistering velocity on the ball of any quarterback in this class.

2) New York Jets: Peter Woods, DT, Clemson

The Jets could pursue several different directions, including the quarterback position. However, they avoid forcing the issue and select an elite player to pair with Quinnen Williams on the defensive line.

Peter Woods stands among the top defensive tackles to enter the league in several seasons.

The Clemson interior defender holds a respectable 77.99 (C+) PFSN’s College DTi grade despite the Tigers’ catastrophic start to the college football season, displaying thunderous power, overwhelming strength, and potential that should translate seamlessly to the professional level.

3) Cleveland Browns: Caleb Downs, SAF, Ohio State

The question of how high the NFL will draft a safety persists until draft night. While historical data suggests teams prefer to invest their first-round resources elsewhere, Caleb Downs transcends conventional wisdom. The Ohio State defensive back excels across multiple dimensions.

At 6’0” and 205 pounds, Downs is an extraordinary athlete with sublime ball skills and movement. Furthermore, his natural football IQ has been operating at an elite professional level since he arrived in college, and he should rank among the top safety prospects to enter the NFL in recent memory.

4) Tennessee Titans: Rueben Bain Jr., EDGE, Miami (FL)

Rueben Bain Jr. appears fully restored following an injury-laden sophomore campaign. Showcasing fiery burst and effortless power, the Miami edge rusher pairs elite traits with an imposing frame at 6’3″ and 275 pounds.

After producing 7.5 sacks and 13 tackles for loss as a freshman, if Bain can polish his pass rush repertoire while continuing to display flexibility and slick athleticism, he will be a top draft pick in April.

5) New York Giants: Spencer Fano, OT, Utah

The New York Giants have fielded the NFL’s 27th-ranked offensive line according to PFSN’s OLi metric and urgently need a complete overhaul. Spencer Fano is one of the premier prospects in the entire draft and can anchor the right side of the offensive line despite having experience at both tackle spots.

The Utah offensive lineman possesses intense physicality and staggering power. At 6’6″ and 308 pounds, he is lightning quick out of his stance and uses his ruthless, mauling mentality to brutally work in space while also remaining refined in pass protection with rock-solid footwork.

6) Las Vegas Raiders: Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee

Jermod McCoy’s draft stock hinges entirely on his injury recovery. The Tennessee corner tore his ACL in January, and no timeline exists for his return.

However, his talent is stratospheric. While slightly undersized at 5’11” and 193 pounds, McCoy has elite cornerback traits. A silky mover with mesmerizing body control, the Volunteers prospect has blazing quickness and razor-sharp instincts.

7) Carolina Panthers: Francis Mauigoa, OT, Miami (FL)

Francis Mauigoa has been a seamless starter in Miami since his freshman season and possesses the traits and rapidly developing refinement to be a top draft pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. The Hurricanes’ right tackle has remarkable speed, mobility, and bend for 6’6″ and 335 pounds, masterfully mirroring speed rushers and using his power and hand accuracy to neutralize dominant edge rushers.

8) Indianapolis Colts: Garrett Nussmeier, QB, LSU

The Colts have been able to unlock the best of Daniel Jones. However, is he the long-term answer? The answer is no if the Colts are drafting in the top 10.

Garrett Nussmeier has earned a solid 78.5 (C+) PFSN’s College QBi grade, and the LSU quarterback is perhaps the most NFL-ready signal-caller currently available. The 6’1″ and 205-pound passer showcases elite processing, football IQ, and sufficient arm talent.

Moreover, Nussmeier remains ice-cold under pressure, and while his physical tools may not be elite, his mental composition, vision, and accuracy meet the requirements of a first-round caliber quarterback.

9) Cleveland Browns: Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah

Caleb Lomu becomes the second Utah offensive tackle drafted in the top 10 of this 2026 NFL Mock Draft. The Utes boast an elite pair of bookend tackles and hold an exceptional 93.77 (A) rating according to PFSN’s College OLi metric.

Operating as the left tackle, Lomu is more polished than his teammate. He uses his fluid athleticism and seamless flexibility to explode out of his stance while maintaining leverage with his 6’5″ and 302-pound frame. Lomu is a brilliant prospect who has natural instincts and recognition while having elite recovery athleticism.

10) Miami Dolphins: Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU

Mansoor Delane has been instrumental to LSU’s defensive success in 2025.

The Virginia Tech transfer demonstrated a gift for taking the football away with the Hokies, utilizing his speed, explosive control, and punishing physicality to dominate receivers on the outside. This skill set is being amplified in Baton Rouge. The 6’1″ and 187-pound cornerback glides out of his stance while having the reactive hip flexibility and intuitive awareness to be reliable in run defense and identify threats.

11) Los Angeles Rams: Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame

The resurgence of the NFL running back continues. Jeremiyah Love could be the next elite rusher drafted in the top 15. The Notre Dame running back is a bulldozing runner, possessing the physicality and relentless movement to attack running lanes and demolish contact with authority.

At 6’0″ and 210 pounds, Love has the agility and spatial awareness to make defenders miss while having the elite instincts and vision to unleash chunk plays.

12) Seattle Seahawks: A.J. Harris, CB, Penn State

Penn State has a rich history of producing cornerbacks selected early in the NFL Draft, but A.J. Harris has the potential to be the earliest in recent seasons.

The Nittany Lions defender has a lean 6’1″ and 193-pound frame but has dazzling acceleration and expert throttle control. Harris is a shrewd anticipator who can effectively interrupt routes while being tough in press coverage at the line of scrimmage.

13) Arizona Cardinals: Jordyn Tyson, WR, Arizona State

Jordyn Tyson currently leads the Big 12 in targets (31), receiving yards (357), and receiving touchdowns (5). Additionally, the receiver caught 75 passes for 1,101 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2024, averaging 14.7 yards per reception.

The Arizona State superstar is a graceful accelerator with slick route running and a lightning-quick change of direction. At 6’1 “and 195 pounds, he also shows outstanding possession receiver traits. This combination of speed, physicality, and technical refinement allows Tyson to snatch passes through traffic, creating yards after the catch while also using his deceptive agility to compete in the air.

14) New England Patriots: Keldric Faulk, EDGE, Auburn

At 6’5″ and 288 pounds, Keldric Faulk has the body type of a tweener. However, his turbo-charged athleticism and devastating power profile combine to create a lethal chaos creator.

Already a premier run defender, Faulk also continues to expand his pass rush arsenal, producing seven sacks in 2024. Given his relentless pursuit and high-octane motor, Faulk is the type of prospect front offices will become infatuated with.

15) Dallas Cowboys: T.J. Parker, EDGE, Clemson

With 16.5 sacks and 33 tackles for loss over his first two seasons, T.J. Parker has been remarkably productive, using his powerful, compact 6’3″ and 265-pound frame to overwhelm opponents. His hand placement exposes offensive linemen to crunch bull rushes, while his explosive first step can leave opponents grasping at air.

16) Chicago Bears: Caleb Banks, DT, Florida

Caleb Banks is a destructive force up front, with the explosive disruption capacity and smoldering motor to impact every down. At 6’5″ and 325 pounds, the Florida defensive tackle rockets out of his stance and has overwhelming strength to shed blocks to plug running lanes and instantly penetrate the pocket.

However, a re-aggravated foot injury will cause him to miss much of the season.

17) Pittsburgh Steelers: John Mateer, QB, Oklahoma

John Mateer, PFSN’s 2025 top returning quarterback, has seamlessly transitioned from Washington State to Oklahoma. The dual-threat quarterback is a creative athlete and has a natural feeling for pressure and the speed to escape into space. Meanwhile, the improvisor also possesses the expansive arm talent that allows him to accurately fit balls into tight windows.

18) Minnesota Vikings: Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson

Avieon Terrell hasn’t displayed his best in 2025, with an impressive 86.03 (B) PFSN’s College CBi grade. However, Dabo Swinney’s squad has struggled across the board.

The Tigers’ corner has been one of the top defensive backs in college football over the last two seasons, carrying excellent ball skills and anticipation at the catch point. Terrell is physical and tenacious at 5’11” and 180 pounds and is a playmaking defensive back whose first instinct is to attack the ball.

19) Houston Texans: Isaiah World, OT, Oregon

At 6’8″ and 309 pounds, Isaiah World’s massive size provides stunning natural strength that startles the opposition. However, the Oregon offensive tackle has unexpected agile athleticism and fluid movement for his size, giving him pristine tools as a pass protector and dominating power in the run game.

20) Denver Broncos: Makai Lemon, WR, USC

Makai Lemon is an electrifying, elusive receiver with elite, lightning-quick athleticism. The USC wide receiver has 311 receiving yards and two touchdowns in three games, averaging 19.4 yards per reception.

21) Los Angeles Chargers: Kadyn Proctor, OL, Alabama

Kadyn Proctor is an absolute mountain at 6’6″ and 369 pounds. Due to his size causing some mobility concerns, the Alabama tackle could transition inside at the next level. With breathtaking power and surprisingly smooth footwork, Proctor can absorb power rushers and would seamlessly integrate into the Chargers’ scheme.

22) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: DJ McKinney, CB, Colorado

DJ McKinney has the potential to follow Travis Hunter as back-to-back first-round selections from Deion Sanders’ Colorado. The towering 6’2″ and 190-pound cornerback has excellent length and uses his extended frame to make plays on the ball.

The Buffaloes’ defender has silky directional athleticism and instant burst. Paired with his inherent toughness and ability to jam receivers in press, McKinney has the all-around skill set to be pursued early.

23) Los Angeles Rams: LaNorris Sellers, QB, South Carolina

LaNorris Sellers’ creativity and playmaking ability are worth a top-50 pick alone, but the South Carolina quarterback is still remarkably raw and is working to enhance his accuracy and pocket presence.

However, at 6’3″ and 204 pounds, the Gamecocks’ dual-threat playmaking wizard is an elite athlete with a natural ability to conjure explosive plays and possesses an abundance of tools and traits that await refinement.

24) San Francisco 49ers: Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State

The long list of first-round Ohio State receivers may continue in 2026 as Carnell Tate aims to become the next product off the assembly line. The former five-star has elite pedigree despite being overlooked in the Buckeyes’ loaded receiver room.

Tate has the high-point ability and physicality to be a mismatch in the air, using his body control and magnetic hands to haul in the football in contested catch situations. At 6’2″ and 191 pounds, the reliable, gritty receiver uses his frame to be a phenomenal run blocker and has the football IQ, ball tracking, and refined technique to be a prolific player at the next level.

25) Cincinnati Bengals: Will Lee III, CB, Texas A&M

Will Lee is a tough and physically dominant cornerback. The Texas A&M defender has a fierce streak and dominating mentality that sees him strike violently when working downhill and deliver punishment through the tackle.

Additionally, the 6’2″ and 190-pound corner uses his length to disrupt throwing lanes while using his explosive athleticism to react to receivers’ routes.

26) Dallas Cowboys: Antonio Williams, WR, Clemson

Antonio Williams has missed time early in the 2025 season, and Clemson’s disastrous start has showcased how vital he is to the Tigers’ vertical passing game.

At 5’11” and 190 pounds, Williams is an exceptional separator. He uses electric, sudden movement to blindside defenders and has the straight-line speed to stretch the field. His skillful route running and natural leverage creation confuse defenders, adding elusive athleticism and aggressive playmaking separation to offensive game plans.

27) Washington Commanders: CJ Allen, LB, Georgia

CJ Allen is a linebacker with elite range and intelligence. The Georgia defender has exceptional lateral movement, keeping his eyes on the line of scrimmage and anticipating developing sequences.

The 6’1″ and 235-pound second-level prospect has dominating physicality to demolish blocks and secure tackles while also offering explosive blitz potential. A natural leader who is a complete three-down linebacker, Allen should be viewed as a first-round prospect.

28) Kansas City Chiefs: Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon

Annually, NFL mock drafts anticipate whether it will finally be the year that the Chiefs address the future at the tight end position.

Kenyon Sadiq is a tremendously impactful pass-catching prospect. He showcases rare athleticism and mobility to deploy an expansive route tree. Vertically, the Oregon tight end uses his remarkable arm length and muscular build to power through contact while also showing willingness and competitive toughness as a blocker.

29) Detroit Lions: Dani Dennis-Sutton, EDGE, Penn State

Dani Dennis-Sutton was buried behind Abdul Carter in 2024, but is a legitimate first-round contender in his own right. At 6’4″ and 266 pounds, the Penn State edge rusher accounted for 8.5 sacks and 13 tackles for loss in 2024, using his length and explosive movement to create space and bend the corner.

Displaying overwhelming power and fluid mobility, Dennis-Sutton is a well-rounded, reliable prospect who can make an instant impact as a rookie.

30) Buffalo Bills: Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State

A former safety, Sonny Styles brings his range, vision, and coverage skills to the linebacker position, where he flourished in 2024. The Ohio State linebacker showed refined technique and remarkable production in his first year at the position, using his 6’4″ and 235-pound frame to create pass breakups and secure tackles.

Moreover, Styles has a natural ability to choose correct angles and pressure the passer using exceptional sideline-to-sideline range to make plays from different alignments.

31) Baltimore Ravens: Matayo Uiagalelei, EDGE, Oregon

At 6’4″ and 270 pounds, Matayo Uiagalelei has exceptional length and expansive range. With 13 tackles for loss and 10.5 sacks in 2024, the Oregon pass rusher is productive when penetrating the backfield using his speed, turning ability, and football IQ to anticipate gaps. While Uiagalelei is still developing his pass-rush resume, he can find the football, wreaking havoc up front.

32) Philadelphia Eagles: Domani Jackson, CB, Alabama

Domani Jackson flies under the radar in a competitive cornerback class, but don’t overlook the Alabama product. The 6’1″ and 201-pound defender has elite speed, clocking a 10.25 100-meter dash in high school, and it translates on tape.

The five-star recruit has exceptional deep ball tracking instincts and anticipatory athleticism to compete snap after snap. Jackson has all the traits and intangibles, but now needs to begin converting his positioning by sharpening his ball skills.

Round 2

35) Cleveland Browns: Drew Allar, QB, Penn State

Penn State’s early-season cupcake schedule hasn’t aided Drew Allar’s NFL Draft scouting profile, but his evaluation will truly be tested based on his performance in big games during the stretch.

At 6’5″ and 240 pounds, the Nittany Lions’ pocket passer has impressive size, which he uses to create immense velocity. However, he still needs to work on playing with rhythm and timing and refining his mechanics to be considered a top selection currently.

36) Tennessee Titans: Chris Bell, WR, Louisville

Chris Bell has overwhelming toughness and burning speed at 6’2″ and 227 pounds to win in several different ways. The Louisville receiver is expected to post 4.4 speed, where his flowing strides quickly eat up ground. His physicality provides balance, control, and strength to overpower cornerbacks.

37) New York Giants: Anthony Hill Jr., LB, Texas

Anthony Hill possesses first-round talent, but the Texas defender could slip outside the first round in a loaded linebacker class, especially given how different teams evaluate the position.

The 6’3″ and 235-pound linebacker is an instant-impact playmaker who is electric as a pass rusher. His extensive bag of pass rush tricks and explosive athleticism will sometimes see him aligned off the edge. His range and downhill violent movement demolishes in the run game, providing an enticing profile with the highest ceiling of any linebacker in this talented class.

42) Miami Dolphins: Ja’Kobi Lane, WR, USC

Ja’Kobi Lane had a breakout year in 2024 and has started equally strong in 2025. The USC receiver is graceful in the air, using his 6’4″ and 195-pound frame to stretch toward the ball. 54) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Harold Perkins Jr., LB, LSU

Harold Perkins won’t be for everyone as a versatile player, but he fits the mold of a linebacker that the Buccaneers would love to utilize. Tacario Davis is out of favor with early evaluators, having already been projected in the first round over the last two draft cycles. But the 6’3″ and 190-pound corner still has physical traits worthy of a top-100 draft pick. The Washington transfer has the overwhelming length, speed, quickness, and processing to reestablish his 2023 form.

80) Chicago Bears: Michael Taaffe, SAF, Texas

Hailing from a Longhorn family, Michael Taaffe opted to return to college in search of a national championship. From a zero-star recruit to a potential Day 2 draft pick, the Texas safety has the football IQ and reactionary acceleration to be effective against the run and the pass while having the relentless motor and range to be constantly around the football.

81) Pittsburgh Steelers: Chase Bisontis, OG, Texas A&M

A former right tackle, Chase Bisontis looks comfortable at left guard, where his nasty run blocking and overpowering strength create gaping holes. The 6’5″ and 320-pound Texas A&M offensive lineman uses his prototypical frame to maintain balance and physical supremacy.

82) Minnesota Vikings: R Mason Thomas, EDGE, Oklahoma

A fluid, bendy pass rusher, R Mason Thomas has one of the highest ceilings as a pass rusher of any edge prospect in the 2026 class. The Oklahoma prospect is loaded with tools and intangibles when rushing the passer, but still needs to refine his run defense to reach the early-round selection his traits suggest he can become.

83) Miami Dolphins: Carson Beck, QB, Miami (FL)

Carson Beck, one of the current Heisman Trophy favorites, has been playing some of his best football after transferring to Miami, holding an impressive 81.8 (B-) grade by PFSN’s College QBi. If he can maintain that through the season, his draft stock will only ascend.

84) Denver Broncos: Jaishawn Barham, LB, Michigan

A tone-setter on the Michigan defense, Jaishawn Barham is a hard-nosed, pulsating linebacker. A highly energized, compact defender at 6’3″ and 248 pounds, the former Maryland transfer has popping athleticism and reactive instincts when played close to the line of scrimmage.

85) Los Angeles Chargers: Amare Ferrell, SAF, Indiana

Amare Ferrell is a versatile defensive back with experience playing different positions in the Indiana defense. The 6’2″ and 200-pound Hoosier safety is ascending draft boards each week as his playmaking ability and ball-hawking approach continue to disrupt opposing receivers.

86) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Cashius Howell, EDGE, Texas A&M

Cashius Howell recorded three consecutive sacks against Utah State in the second game of the season and showed how his fluid athleticism and deep arsenal of pass rush moves can overwhelm offensive linemen. With a diverse skill set and flashy explosiveness, Howell’s draft stock is increasing.

87) Los Angeles Rams: Trevor Goosby, OT, Texas

Currently, Trevor Goosby is a developmental prospect. However, his traits give him a sky-high ceiling. At 6’7″ and 312 pounds, the Texas offensive tackle is an explosive mover with tight grip strength and untapped potential.

88) San Francisco 49ers: Malik Muhammad, CB, Texas

Malik Muhammad combines traits from other sports to become a well-rounded cornerback. His track and field background brings exceptional pacing and quick initial movement. His basketball background brings superb ball skills and competitive catch-point ability. The Texas cornerback is always in position to make plays and possesses a high ceiling throughout the 2025 college football season.

89) Cincinnati Bengals: Gennings Dunker, OT, Iowa

Unsurprisingly, the Iowa offensive line has been one of the nation’s elite in 2025, with Gennings Dunker locking down the left tackle spot. The 6’5″ and 315-pound tackle has superior strength and mobility that merit a higher selection.

90) Green Bay Packers: Daylen Everette, CB, Georgia

Now a senior, Daylen Everette is experienced but still has significant upside. The Georgia cornerback has fluid, long strides to eat up ground in coverage and has the recovery speed to shadow receivers.

91) Washington Commanders: Kevin Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M

Kevin Concepcion has been labeled a human joystick due to his ability to use his twitched-up athleticism to impact multiple layers of the game. The receiver can generate big plays using his speed and movement to create separation, and he is a wizard when in motion, generating yards after contact out of the backfield.

92) Kansas City Chiefs: Chris Brazzell II, WR, Tennessee

Chris Brazzell II demonstrated his ability to impact big-time games against Georgia. The 6’5″ and 200-pound receiver has encompassing length and sticky hands to claw in balls while also having the athleticism to make acrobatic catches. The Volunteers receiver is clean and crisp out of his breaks and has the raw explosive acceleration to breeze past defenders.

93) Jacksonville Jaguars: Justice Haynes, RB, Michigan

At 5’10” and 210 pounds, Justice Haynes contains high-leveraged power through his lower body, using his frame to maintain balance. His low center of gravity provides a base to make defenders miss with smooth movement in short areas and has high upside as an early-down back.

94) Buffalo Bills: Deion Burks, WR, Oklahoma

Deion Burks is looking to rebound after an injury-laden season in 2024 following his transfer to Oklahoma and has 265 yards and two touchdowns in his first four games this fall. The 5’10” and 182-pound receiver is a crafty playmaker who exploits zones, using his sudden change of direction and explosive movement to make defenders miss and create yards-after-catch opportunities.

95) Baltimore Ravens: Lander Barton, LB, Utah

A scheme-versatile linebacker who has secure tackling and exciting range, Lander Barton can play various roles on defense. The 6’3″ and 236-pound senior is technically developed and intelligently sound to play with controlled aggression and flickering speed.

96) Philadelphia Eagles: Zachariah Branch, WR, Georgia

Zachariah Branch is an explosive playmaker. With true track-star speed, the Georgia receiver can score on any play and can manipulate space to get extra yardage. Also an elusive return specialist, Branch is still growing his route tree, but his remarkably elusive speed and electric vision with the ball in hand give him significant upside as a secondary receiver.

97) Jacksonville Jaguars: Josh Cameron, WR, Baylor

Josh Cameron is an experienced, well-rounded, technically refined receiver who executes all the small things correctly. The Baylor receiver understands spacing and speed adjustments while also possessing reliably consistent hands to win in contested catch concepts.
