Ben Shelton recently reacted to his girlfriend, Trinity Rodman, launching the ‘F50 Sparkfusion’ shoe in collaboration with Adidas. Rodman, a professional soccer player, began her partnership with the German athletic apparel and footwear brand in 2022. In addition to Adidas, she is also sponsored by brands such as Red Bull and Oakley, among others.
Shelton and Rodman publicly confirmed their relationship in March 2025. Rodman plays as a forward for the United States national team and the Washington Spirit in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).

On Thursday, Jul. 31, 2025, Adidas unveiled the F50 Sparkfusion, a football shoe specifically designed to meet the performance needs of female athletes. The new F50 Sparkfusion features a striking white base detailed with pink and light blue accents.
Adidas Football took to social media and shared a series of images featuring Rodman posing with the F50 Sparkfusion shoe.

Shelton celebrated his girlfriend’s launch of football cleats inspired by her with Adidas by sharing Adidas Football’s post on his social media and referring to her as his “GOAT” (Greatest of All Time).
“My 🐐,” Shelton captioned his Instagram story.
Meanwhile, on the tennis circuit, Shelton is currently competing at the 2025 Canadian Open, where he is seeded fourth. He began his campaign in the second round after receiving a first-round bye. In his opening match, he defeated qualifier Adrian Mannarino in straight sets, winning 6-2, 6-3.

After winning over Mannarino in the second round of the 2025 Canadian Open, Shelton will face compatriot Brandon Nakashima in the third round of the tournament.
Nakashima is seeded 25th in Toronto. He began his run in the second round after receiving a first-round bye. He secured his place in the third round by defeating Quinn in his opening match, 7-6(6), 6-4.
Shelton and Nakashima have met four times on the ATP Tour, with the former emerging victorious in all those encounters. Their most recent match-up was in the fourth round of the 2025 Indian Wells Masters, where Shelton triumphed with a scoreline of 7-6(6), 6-1.
The winner of the third round match between Shelton and Nakashima will advance to face either Fábián Marozsán or 13th seed Flavio Cobolli in the fourth round.
In addition to his singles campaign at the Canadian Open, Shelton is also competing in the doubles event. He has partnered with Arthur Fils, and together, they began their campaign with a victory over Nathaniel Lammons and Jackson Withrow, winning 4-6, 6-3, [10-8] in the first round.
In the second round, Shelton and Fils will face the winner of the first-round match between Nuno Borges and Tomáš Macháč or the eighth-seeded duo of Hugo Nys and Édouard Roger-Vasselin.
