The 2026 Hall of Fame class has been announced, and with names like Drew Brees that people will never forget sprinkled throughout.

With it being NFL Honors night, most of the focus is on the awards, but arguably, the most important moment of the show is not for the current players. The 2026 Hall of Fame class has been announced, and with names that people will never forget sprinkled throughout, it’s a good one.

The Official Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2026

With how many talented players there were amongst the finalists, it was going to be a tough case for most to make the 2026 class, but in the end, it seems the voters got it right.

Officially, the 2026 Pro Football Hall of Famers are Drew Brees, Larry Fitzgerald, Roger Craig, Luke Kuechly, and Adam Vinatieri.

Among the names listed above, two players are also now first ballot Hall of Famers: Brees and Fitzgerald. Focusing on these two, both are 100% deserving of entering the Hall of Fame on their first try. Brees, the greatest New Orleans Saints player of all time, was one of the best QBs of his era.

He won a Super Bowl, was a 13-time Pro Bowler, a 2-time Offensive Player of the Year, and made the All-Pro team 5 times. Stats-wise, Brees is second in passing yards all-time, has the most career 5,000-yard seasons (5), the most consecutive games with a touchdown pass, the highest completion percentage in a season (74.4%), and second in all-time passing touchdowns (571).

Now, to Fitzgerald. Although the Super Bowl evaded him throughout his career, Fitzgerald is one of the best WRs of all time. He is second in all-time receiving yards (17,492), had 35 drops in his entire time playing (also had more tackles than drops in his career), made the Pro-Bowl 11 times, was an All-Pro 3 times, and is second all-time in receptions (1,432).

Making the Hall of Fame during the first year of eligibility is something not many players can say, but Brees and Fitzgerald will be able to claim that honor for the rest of their lives.

Even if the other three members of the 2026 Hall of Fame Class (Craig, Kuechly, and Vinatieri) did not make it their first time, each was extremely talented and accomplished during their time in the NFL.

These five legends of the game are now officially NFL Hall of Famers.
