On Jan. 15, the deadline for underclassmen players to enter the 2024 NFL Draft expired, setting the class in stone. The NFL has released their complete list of underclassmen, or special eligibility requests as the league terms them, who have been granted dispensation to declare early for the upcoming annual selection event.

2024 NFL Draft Underclassmen List
College football players have five years to play four seasons of the sport at the collegiate level. However, those athletes can declare for the NFL’s annual selection event once they’ve completed three years at the college level.
