The Top Kickers To Start in Week 15
Blake Grupe, New Orleans Saints
Two weeks ago, Blake Grupe drilled five of six field goal attempts, scoring 20.7 fantasy points. Since then, he’s posted 4.0 points in back-to-back games.
This week, the New Orleans Saints are home against the New York Giants. While they have been a “bad matchup” for kickers, I don’t really believe in kicker fantasy points allowed.

We’re looking for kickers on teams with good-not-great offenses that are favored and playing in good weather.
The Saint’s offense is good, but it’s not great. They struggle a ton in the red zone, leading to more field-goal opportunities. They are favored at home this week against the Giants, playing in a dome. It’s a great spot for Grupe to bounce back.
Harrison Butker, Kansas City Chiefs
For the entirety of Patrick Mahomes’ career, Harrison Butker has been a kicker in the vein of Stephen Gostkowski. He’s a great kicker. He doesn’t miss. But he kicks far more extra points than field goals because of his offense.
Well, this year’s Kansas City Chiefs offense isn’t quite as potent as all of the other ones during Mahomes’ career. On the road against a very good New England Patriots defense, I could see them getting stymied on a couple of scoring drives, leading to field-goal attempts.
Three of Butker’s four best games have come on the road against good pass defenses. Unless we get bad weather in New England, Butker is a great start.
