Top WRs To Draft in 2023

    Mike Williams, Los Angeles Chargers

Mike Williams has shown us in the past that he can be a dominant fantasy force when he’s healthy. In 2021 alone, Williams reeled in 76 receptions on 129 targets for over 1,100 yards and nine touchdowns!

This was enough to put him as the WR10 on the season in half-PPR scoring. However, fantasy managers are seemingly done with rostering Williams in 2023, and they’re ready to move on to the new shiny toy in Quentin Johnston.

Meanwhile, Williams has a guaranteed role as the X-receiver in the Chargers’ offense, Justin Herbert’s fully healthy again, and Kellen Moore is in town to make sure this offense pushes the ball downfield.

Despite the fact that Herbert was banged up last year though, Williams still averaged 9.6 yards per target, which was tied for the eighth best out of 69 qualified wide receivers. The talent level is still there, and L.A.’s offense could easily push for the yardage total lead by the end of the year. Invest in Williams’ low ADP and let him push your lineup over the top.

    Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens

Zay Flowers is coming into the NFL as a relatively unknown player, but that doesn’t mean that he can’t be relevant right out of the gate. We’ve seen in recent years how rookie wide receivers are able to step in and contribute at a high level immediately, and Flowers appears to be the next man up.

With a ton of unknowns at the WR position in Baltimore this year, Flowers could easily insert himself into the WR1 role sooner rather than later. He’s been drawing rave reviews in training camp and the preseason, and Baltimore’s offense figures to be a bit more high-powered than what it’s been in the past.

Flowers is flying a bit under the radar right now, but in two or three weeks, he may just be a household name.
