Who are the Buffalo Bills vs. Miami Dolphins announcers tonight for NBC's prime-time matchup? What time does pregame coverage start?

The Buffalo Bills visit the Miami Dolphins on Sunday Night Football on NBC in the final regular-season game of the 2023 season. Sunday’s winner clinches the AFC East and the No. 2 seed in the conference.

Yet, the Bills would be eliminated with a loss and wins by the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars, while the Dolphins have already clinched a playoff spot.

Kickoff is scheduled for 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.

When Does NBC’s Coverage Start?

Ahmed Fareed will host Football Night in America, which kicks off NBC’s pregame coverage at 7 p.m. ET. Former head coaches Tony Dungy and Jason Garrett and former players Devin McCourty, Chris Simms, and Rodney Harrison will provide analysis. Maria Taylor, who is the show’s regular host, is on maternity leave.

NFL insider Mike Florio, fantasy sports expert Matthew Berry, and Jac Collinsworth are also on the show.

Who Are the Game Announcers for Bills-Dolphins?

Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth are in the booth, while Melissa Stark is reporting on the sideline and Terry McAulay is the rules analyst.

Tirico is in his second season as the play-by-play announcer for Sunday Night Football. He joined NBC in 2012 after spending 25 years at ESPN and was the Monday Night Football play-by-play announcer for 10 seasons.

Collinsworth is in his 15th season providing game analysis for Sunday Night Football. He has won 17 Emmy awards, including stops at HBO, FOX, and the NFL Network. Collinsworth played wide receiver for eight seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, from 1981 to 1988, and made three Pro Bowls. He also played on two teams that made the Super Bowl.

Stark is in her second season as a sideline reporter for NBC. She’s also worked for ESPN and the NFL Network during her career. McAulay joined NBC as a rules analyst in 2018 after 20 years as an on-field NFL official. He was a referee for 17 seasons and was assigned to the Super Bowl three times.

Peacock on Wild Card Weekend

Week 16’s game between the Bills and Los Angeles Chargers was the first game streamed exclusively on NBCUniversal’s Peacock. The streaming service will be the exclusive home for one of next weekend’s six Wild Card games. NBC will broadcast two additional games next week.

Peacock had exclusive rights to a Sunday MLB game the last two seasons, along with exclusive coverage for some Olympic events and Premier League games as well.
