The 2025 NFL Draft is finally here. The draft is a holiday for most, and a franchise-altering event for a select few. When can you expect your favorite team to pick, and who could join the roster ahead of the 2025 season? Here’s everything you need to know!

List of Minnesota Vikings Picks in the 2025 NFL Draft

- Round 5: Pick 139 (from Cleveland)
- Round 6: Pick 187 (from San Francisco)
NFL Draft Start Time and Schedule
The 2025 NFL Draft will be held at historic Lambeau Field in Green Bay, continuing a recent trend of warm-weather cities getting the Super Bowl and cooler climates getting the draft.
The Tennessee Titans own the No. 1 overall selection and will be on the clock starting at 8 p.m. ET. For the first round, teams are given a maximum of 10 minutes to make their pick.
The second round will begin at 7 p.m. ET on Friday, and Day 2 will feature two rounds of selections. Things will wrap up with Rounds 4-7 on Saturday, starting at noon ET and concluding with “Mr. Irrelevant” at pick No. 257.
The 2025 NFL Draft will be broadcast on the NFL Network, ABC, and ESPN. YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, FuboTV, and Sling TV are alternatives to catch the action. ESPN will also be livestreaming an alternate broadcast of the first round called “The Pat McAfee Draft Spectacular” across YouTube, TikTok, the ESPN app, and ESPN+.
What Time Will the Minnesota Vikings Make Their First-Round Pick?
With the 24th pick, the Vikings figure to pick around 11:14 p.m. ET. This is if they stay at No. 24 and each team takes seven-to-nine minutes per pick (the maximum allowed is 10 minutes per pick in Round 1).
Of course, trades can and will occur and some teams run to the podium faster than others, but if you are watching 10-15 minutes before this estimated time, you won’t miss it!
It’s worth noting that last year’s No. 24 pick was announced at 10:59 p.m. ET.
PFSN’s Latest Draft Projection for the Minnesota Vikings
Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina
After trading up for Dallas Turner, the Minnesota Vikings don’t have their own second-, third-, or fourth-round picks (though they were awarded a compensatory pick in Round 3). If they stay put at No. 24, they need to make it count.
Nick Emmanwori is a versatile defensive back who can play in the box, in the slot, or as a deep safety. His athletic profile makes him a valuable chess piece for any defense.
