Brandon Aiyuk may be in recovery mode this offseason, but the San Francisco 49ers wideout just scored a major personal milestone — tying the knot with longtime partner Rochelle Searight in a private ceremony that had both style and sentiment.
And yes, one of the guests may or may not have looked like he stepped out of a movie set.

Brandon Aiyuk, Rochelle Searight’s Wedding Had a Special Guest
Aiyuk and Searight got married on April 12, surrounded by close friends and family in a floral, tree-lined setting. It was a full-circle moment for the couple, who met during their time at Arizona State and later relocated to California in 2020 when the 49ers selected Aiyuk in the first round of the NFL Draft.
The wide receiver walked down the aisle holding hands with his 4-year-old son, Braylon, dressed in a sharp white tuxedo with black pants. The father-son duo were wearing matching tuxedos at the wedding. Searight, a cosmetologist and social media influencer, stunned in an off-shoulder white gown.
The celebration wasn’t short on energy. As hip-hop music played, Aiyuk was welcomed to the altar by his friends, who tossed cash into the air in place of traditional flower petals. Washington Commanders QB Jayden Daniels — Aiyuk’s former ASU teammate — made an entrance of his own in a black suit and shades, effortlessly channeling Michael B. Jordan vibes.
Daniels wasn’t the only familiar face — several of Aiyuk’s close friends and teammates were spotted in snippets circulating on social media. The mood? Joyful, and intimate.

Aiyuk and Searight’s relationship started in college, back when he was emerging as a standout for the Sun Devils. Over the years, their bond only grew stronger. When Aiyuk made the move to California after getting drafted in 2020, Searight was by his side — and that same year, the couple welcomed their son Braylon. Since then, she’s remained a steady presence, cheering him on through every high and low.
From college sweethearts to first-time parents and now husband and wife, their journey has played out alongside Aiyuk’s professional rise. While the couple kept the event private, early acknowledgments came via social media, including a post from Kristin Juszczyk, wife of 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk.
Offseason Joy Amid a Tough Comeback Trail
Aiyuk is currently rehabbing from a torn ACL and MCL suffered midway through the 2024 season. Before the injury, he signed a four-year, $120 million contract extension with San Francisco on Aug. 30 and appeared in seven games, recording 25 receptions for 374 yards.
