Fresh off a 25-3 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is heading into the final stretch of the regular season with momentum.
But while football remains at the forefront, there’s another meaningful countdown underway in the Lawrence household. Trevor and his wife Marissa’s daughter, Shae Lynn, will be turning one next month, an upcoming important point in their life that has prompted an emotional response from Marissa.

Marissa shared a picture of Shae Lynn on Instagram on Thursday, and expressed how quickly the past year has gone.
“Can’t believe I’m writing her 11 month entry. My baby is 1 in a month 😭😭😭,” she wrote.

Shae, born on Jan. 4, has already become a staple around the Jacksonville Jaguars organization. She first visited the Jaguars facility on Sept. 7 and since then, she has been seen supporting her father at multiple games, from home matchups to international appearances in London.
Meanwhile, Trevor and Marissa met more than a decade ago. Both grew up in Cartersville, Georgia, meeting in elementary school before beginning to date in high school in 2016.
They continued their long-distance relationship during college, with Trevor playing football at Clemson University and Marissa playing soccer at Anderson University in South Carolina. After 2020, she shifted her focus to event planning while also maintaining an active presence on social media.
Trevor proposed to her in July 2020 on Clemson’s Memorial Stadium field and the two married on April 10, 2021, in Bluffton, South Carolina, before eventually welcoming Shae nearly four years later.
Family life remains at the heart of their story. The most recent family picture Marissa has shared with her daughter and Trevor was a Thanksgiving celebration. She shared several pictures on Instagram with members of their close family around and wrote:
“The best thanksgiving weekend with our families. We never take it for granted how special our families are. All the unseen they do, the time and energy to come and be a part of our lives, the support & love. Thankful for time together from cooking & eating, baking all day & caroling, puzzling & drawing- the sweetest time 🤎🦃🏈”
As for football, Trevor and the Jaguars will next face the Indianapolis Colts in Week 14 on Sunday. Both teams are 8-4 heading into the game and lead the AFC South.
