The biggest question in the pop culture world has been when and where Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift will get married.
While there have been plenty of rumors about a multiple-day celebration that includes a huge event at Madison Square Garden between July 2 and 4, the latest rumblings suggest that the couple may actually get married this weekend outside of New York.
Latest Rumblings About Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s Potential Wedding Plans
About midday on Saturday, TV and radio host Mike Gunzelman of “The Gunz Show” posted what he’s hearing about Kelce and Swift’s wedding plans, and it involves a smaller, private ceremony in Rhode Island before next week’s MSG bash.
“I’m being told by some industry friends Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are actually getting married this weekend in Rhode Island in a small ceremony (I hinted this weeks ago),” Gunz wrote on social media. “Next week’s MSG ‘wedding’ is the larger, celeb and friends reception, but real vows are this wknd.”

Roughly an hour later, he clarified the post.
“For clarification: the MSG event is essentially another wedding, which many celebs sometimes do. Private, small, shorter, family wedding this wknd in Rhode Island Next wknd’s MSG one is a separate, larger, celebratory one that also includes the whole wedding ceremony,” he said.
Swift and Kelce have been together since 2023. They got together after Kelce revealed on his podcast “New Heights” that he attempted to give Swift a custom friendship bracelet after her “Eras Tour” show in Kansas City, which had his phone number on it.

After the couple started dating, Swift began attending Kansas City Chiefs games, and the relationship officially became public. Kelce reciprocated the support by traveling internationally to attend some of Swift’s concerts during her “Eras Tour.” In fact, he even made an appearance on stage during her show in London, carrying Swift off the stage.
Now, about three years after their love story started, it seems like the couple has quite the wedding festivities planned.
