Today, on Thanksgiving Day, the Kansas City Chiefs are set to face off with the Dallas Cowboys at 4:30 p.m. EST. This is a massive game for both teams, with playoff hopes on the line. Any win for these franchises is a necessity, and with similar records, this game should be excellent for fans.
One of the Chiefs’ star players, TE Travis Kelce, is one of the biggest names in football and is looking to continue a great season. Off the field, Kelce is also known for his relationship with Taylor Swift.

Who Are Travis Kelce’s Parents, Donna and Ed?
Besides being the father of Travis and Jason Kelce (also a very accomplished NFL player who is retired), Ed grew up in Ohio and played football in high school. After, he attempted to join the Coast Guard, but this did not last long due to finding out about his Crohn’s disease. For most of his life, Ed worked in the steel industry.
Donna was also raised in Ohio. Throughout high school, she competed in track and field at the Junior Olympics, then attended Ohio University. After graduating, she worked in banking for 30 years.
Since Travis’s rise to stardom, Donna has become a public figure and has been doing exciting things. For the “Hallmark Channel,” Donna starred in two films: “Christmas on Call” and “Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story.”
In 2024, Donna was part of Glamour’s Women of the Year class. This group represents the most innovative women in entertainment, showcasing the groundbreaking work each does.
Soon, Donna will also be part of the highly anticipated season four of the Peacock show “The Traitors.”
