Tom Brady and the Fox crew had their final broadcast of the season during the NFC Championship Game. With the Super Bowl airing on NBC in 2026, this marked the final time the seven-time Super Bowl champion called a game until the start of next season.
With a big game on the schedule and it being the final broadcast of the season, Brady brought his A-game to Seattle.

Brady made significant improvements as an analyst in his second season in the booth. He retired in 2022 and took a sabbatical year in 2023 before making his broadcast debut in 2024. He was part of the Super Bowl 59 broadcast team, when the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22.

During his playing career, Brady faced the Philadelphia Eagles twice in the Super Bowl, winning one of those matchups.
Brady has also been involved in business decisions with the Las Vegas Raiders. After his retirement, he acquired a minority stake in the franchise, which is majority-owned by Mark Davis. He is expected to be heavily involved in offseason decisions, including the hiring of a new head coach and preparations for the 2026 NFL Draft.
The Raiders hold the first overall pick. The favorite to be selected first overall is Fernando Mendoza, a quarterback from Indiana who led his university to a national championship. In 2025, Mendoza also won the Heisman Trophy.
Brady recently appeared on “The Herd With Colin Cowherd” and praised the quarterback:
“He’s played tremendous all season, 16-0, leading his team. “And again, he’s another guy that, when you hear him speak, I always kind of judge quarterbacks and go, ‘How would I have answered that?’ He’s just a very mature young man, and he’s got a bright future.”
With his season in the booth now over, it will be interesting to see how much influence Brady has on decisions regarding the Raiders’ future. Nevertheless, his opinion should carry significant weight. With seven Super Bowl rings, few know more about winning than Brady.
The Seattle Seahawks defeated the Los Angeles Rams 31-27 in the NFC Championship Game.
