‘That Man Soft as Hell’ — Tyreek Hill Brutally Mocks Noah Lyles With Hilarious Madden Rating Projection

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill mocked Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles with a Madden rating projection.

Tyreek Hill has long been considered one of the fastest players in the NFL. He has used his speed to his advantage to become one of the league’s top wide receivers. He has been named to eight Pro Bowls while earning All-Pro honors six times in nine seasons.

The Miami Dolphins star has totaled 11,098 yards and 82 touchdowns on 798 receptions, while adding 819 rushing yards and seven touchdowns on 114 carries. The one-time Super Bowl champion has also been a difference maker on special teams, returning 91 punts for 1,036 yards and four touchdowns, adding 14 kickoff returns for 384 yards and one touchdown.

Hill has spent much of the past two years involved in a back-and-forth with Noah Lyles. The two had agreed to race this offseason, but Lyles later backed out for personal reasons. That didn’t stop Hill from reigniting the feud while discussing his projected Madden rating.

Tyreek Hill Takes Aim At Noah Lyles During Madden Rating Projection

Hill has not been shy about his belief that he would beat Lyles in a race, despite the latter’s pedigree as an Olympic gold medalist. The Dolphins star recently appeared on Johnny Manziel’s “Glory Daze” podcast, where he projected Madden ratings for several players.

While he was generally generous with his ratings, the wide receiver had a different tune when asked what the Olympian’s rating would be if he were an NFL player, stating:

“That man soft as hell. He soft, bro. So, I got to give bro like a 36. And the only reason he got 36 is because his speed going to be a 99.”

Hill previously took a shot at Lyles at the beginning of the podcast. He claimed that while he has a ton of respect for the latter, he hates the Olympic track-and-field star. The eight-time Pro Bowler added that the narrative that football and track speeds are different is wrong.

He suggested that football players could take over the Olympic sport at any time, if they wanted. Hill shared that while the USA Olympian pulled out this time, the two will wind up racing one day despite their agreed-upon race being cancelled.

He noted that the two sides were still negotiating about time and location, but he believes it will be done before the end of the offseason. The star wide receiver revealed that he has been training plenty and has a 100-meter race next week where he wants to finish in under 10 seconds.
