NFL Fans Roast Terry Bradshaw Over Bizarre Storytelling Moment

Bradshaw shared during the Fox pregame show that he had texted with Reid, or at least thought he had. He explained that he received a response to his message, but instead of Reid, it was pig salesman that he was unintentionally speaking to.

“The other day I texted Andy Reid, and I got a text back, and I thought it was Andy Reid, but it was some guy selling pigs,” Bradshaw explained.

The strange story produced questionable looks around the desk from Howie Long and Michael Strahan. It also sparked many fans to attack the Hall of Famer on X, with some calling for his retirement from being an analyst.

Before joining Fox, he spent ten years with CBS, with his broadcasting debut in 1984. This means that he has been covering the NFL for more than 40 years, an impressive run by any analyst.

His career as a player was also notable, as he was one of the most successful quarterbacks in history. He helped the Steelers win four Super Bowl rings as a part of one of the most dominant dynasties in NFL history.

They were more known for their infamous Steel Curtain defense, but Bradshaw played a significant role in their reign. He was named the MVP for two of those Super Bowl victories and also won the league MVP award for the 1978 season.

Bradshaw retired after the 1983 season and began his career as a broadcaster and analyst in the following year. He has remained with a prominent role in this field spanning four decades, but many fans believe it’s time for a change for the 77-year-old legend.
