Despite Wimbledon’s stringent dress code, which mandates players to wear nearly all-white attire from the moment they step onto the court, many athletes showcased their unique styles with flair.

A Look Into Special Ensembles Coco Gauff, Carlos Alcaraz, Alexandra Eala, and Others Wore at Wimbledon Championships 2025

Gauff, seeded second at the 2025 Wimbledon Championships, faced an unexpected first-round defeat against Dayana Yastremska. However, her fashion statement did not go unnoticed.

The World No. 2, who has been in a multi-year endorsement partnership with New Balance since 2018, sported an elegant all-white kit that paid tribute to Wimbledon’s heritage. Her outfit featured a corset design adorned with intricate embroidery, showcasing iconic Wimbledon symbols, including white butterflies, strawberries, and flowers. She also wore a big white bow in her hair to complete her look.

Alcaraz, the two-time defending champion, began his title defense with a hard-fought victory over Fabio Fognini. He entered the court donning a NikeCourt London Slam Cardigan, reminiscent of the classic cable-knit cardigan famously worn by Roger Federer during the 2008 Wimbledon Championships.

Seventh-seeded Musetti faced an early exit, losing to qualifier Nikoloz Basilashvili in the first round. During his match, the 23-year-old entered the court donning a Bottega Veneta intrecciato leather jacket.  He most recently joined the Italian luxury fashion house as their brand ambassador.

Eala lost in the first round of the Wimbledon Championships to defending champion Barbora Krejčíková. The Filipina, a Nike athlete, added a personal touch to her ensemble with a hair tie featuring the sampaguita flower, the national flower of the Philippines. Her apparel sponsor, Nike, gifted her with this hair tie.

On the other hand, 26th seed Marta Kostyuk’s apparel sponsor, Wilson, dressed her in a top with side cutouts and an open back design featuring crisscrossing straps, complemented by a white pleated skirt.

Players like Jessica Pegula, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Félix Auger-Aliassime, Elina Svitolina, and Camila Osorio also wore striking new Adidas tennis kits.

Pegula wore a long white skirt and a warm-up jacket when she stepped onto the court for her first-round match against Elisabetta Cocciaretto.

Meanwhile, Tsitsipas and Auger-Aliassime sported the same all-white Wimbledon outfit, featuring minimal green detailing from Adidas, while Osorio opted for a bodysuit from the same apparel company.

Among all the aforementioned players, only Alcaraz, Svitolina, and Auger-Aliassime have advanced to the second round at the London Major, where they will face qualifier Oliver Tarvet, qualifier Aliaksandra Sasnovich, and Jan-Lennard Struff, respectively.
