Serena Williams caught the attention of American artistic gymnast Simone Biles with her elegant ensemble for the annual gala hosted by Robin Hood, an anti-poverty nonprofit organization based in New York City.
Williams attended the event alongside her husband and Reddit co-founder, Alexis Ohanian, who also serves on the board of directors for Robin Hood.

The gala, hosted by Robin Hood, took place on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at the Javits Center. It was attended by a diverse array of celebrities from various fields, including politics, sports, philanthropy, finance, and entertainment.
Williams was one such attendee. In light of this, she took to social media and shared a transition video of herself getting ready for the evening. In her post, she credited celebrity makeup artist Orijahnel for her flawless look.
The 23-time Grand Slam champion was dressed in a chic greyish top and skirt. She opted for minimal jewelry and styled her hair in a sleek middle parting.

Before sharing the transition video of her getting ready for the annual gala hosted by Robin Hood in New York City, Serena Williams shared a series of delightful photos of her and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, enjoying a romantic date in the “city.”
The former World No. 1 was seen wearing light brown athleisure wear and accessorizing her look with chic sunglasses. In the pictures, the former World No. 1 and Ohanian can be seen savoring a cup of coffee together.
