Catherine Holt Shares a Loving Message for Boyfriend Jaden Agassi’s Special Day
While his legendary parents made their names as icons in tennis, Jaden has carved out his identity in a different sport. A talented baseball player, he followed his passion on the diamond instead of the court.

Holt, meanwhile, shares her own connection to athletics. A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Applied Physiology and Sport Management, she previously interned with Major League Baseball’s Texas Rangers.

Andre Agassi’s Son Jaden Explains Why He Chose Baseball Over Tennis
In an interview with MLB.com, Jaden shared that his passion for baseball began when he was just six years old, which ultimately led him to pursue the sport instead of tennis. He admitted that tennis never came as naturally to him, adding that his composed personality is something he inherited from his mother, Graf.
“I started playing baseball when I was six years old in T-ball. I loved it. I’ve picked up a tennis racket a good amount, but it was always hard for me to keep that ball in between the lines. I just wanted to hit that thing as far as I could. Baseball had my love since day one,” Jaden said.
“I think I’m a lot like my mom in the sense of my composure. I’ve always been just very composed and cool, calm and collected out there. I try to have a short memory. My mindset is the next pitch is the most important one,” he added.
Jaden’s international baseball career began in March 2025 when he played for Germany at the World Baseball Classic Qualifiers in Tucson, Arizona. He represented Germany as a tribute to his German mother, despite being born in the USA.
