The Forbes list has been published annually since 2011, recognising 30 notable individuals under the age of 30 in various industries. This list includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, such as sports, media, music, social media, art and style, as well as Hollywood and entertainment, among others.
In addition to Gauff, the sports category on the 2025 Forbes 30 Under 30 list features Ni’Jaree Canady, Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills, Saquon Barkley, Aliyah Boston, Dorian Branch, Paige Bueckers, Katie Caldero, Molly Carlson, Trinity Rodman of the Washington Spirit, and Declan Doyle.
Reacting to Gauff’s inclusion in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, her boyfriend, Sera, took to social media and shared Forbes’ post announcing her achievement, accompanied by an emoji.
“🥹,” Sera captioned his Instagram story.

Sera has been a supportive presence in Gauff’s life, with the tennis player calling him her “first real relationship.

On the tennis front, Gauff wrapped up her 2025 season after competing in the WTA Finals in Riyadh. This year, she claimed four titles: the 2025 United Cup with the American team, the French Open, the Wuhan Open, and a doubles title at the Canadian Open alongside McCartney Kessler.
Coco Gauff to Next Compete at the 2025 United Cup
Gauff is set to kick off her 2026 season by representing the United States at the United Cup, which will take place from January 2 to January 11, 2026, in Australia. The matches will be held at the RAC Arena in Perth and the Ken Rosewall Arena in Sydney.
The American team will enter the tournament as the defending champions, having won the title in 2025 by defeating Team Poland 2-0. For 2026, Team USA has been placed in Group A alongside Team Spain and Team Argentina, with its matches scheduled to occur in Perth. The team will consist of Gauff, Taylor Fritz, Varvara Lepchenko, Mackenzie McDonald, Christian Harrison, and Nicole Melichar-Martinez.
“I’m super excited to go back to the United Cup. I had such a good time in my first year playing with the team, and I’m looking forward to going back,” Gauff said.
In addition to the United States, Argentina and Spain other countries participating in the 2026 United Cup include Team Canada, Belgium, and China in Group B; Italy, France, and Switzerland in Group C; the host country Australia, the Czech Republic, and Norway in Group D; Great Britain, debutants Japan, and Greece in Group E; and former champions Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands in Group F.
