Australian Open 2026 Day 6 Schedule
Sabalenka will be first up at the Rod Laver Arena, looking to continue her imperious run of form. The World No. 1 has yet to drop a set since the turn of the year, and will be desperate to win the women’s singles title after missing out last year. Anastasia Potapova, who defeated Emma Raducanu in the last round, awaits Sabalenka on Friday.
Alcaraz will face 32nd seed Corentin Moutet in the third round. The Spaniard will have his sights set on completing his career Grand Slam at the Australian Open, and should be able to make it through to the last 16.
The night session at the Rod Laver Arena will kick off with what promises to be an absorbing contest between Alex de Minaur and Frances Tiafoe. Their head-to-head stands at 3-1 in de Minaur’s favor, and the Australian will be eager to extend that in front of his home crowd.
