Christian Pulisic Sent ‘Best Decision’ Message by USMNT Teammate Amid Manchester United Transfer Links

USMNT and AC Milan forward Christian Pulisic has attracted attention from Manchester United in the January transfer window.

United States men’s national team (USMNT) forward Christian Pulisic has popped up as one of the best players in the Serie A of late. As a result, the AC Milan star has been reportedly linked with Manchester United in recent times.

And, one of his USMNT teammates has shared his thoughts on Pulisic’s immediate future.

USMNT Ace Offers Transfer Advice to Christian Pulisic

During a recent interview with journalist Alessandro Schiavone, Borussia Monchengladbach star Giovanni Reyna was asked if Pulisic should stay at AC Milan or join Manchester United.

“I’m sure he’ll make the best decision for himself. It’s none of my business. I wasn’t aware of this interest, but I’m convinced he’ll do the right thing. He’s flying at Milan though. I just hope he continues to play well and arrives in top condition for the FIFA World Cup, because we’ll need him,” Reyna responded.

Pulisic, 27, has found the back of the net 10 times in 16 appearances in all competitions for Milan this season, providing two assists as well. Due to his fine form, he is set to be offered a new contract soon, as the Rossoneri have already set a date for talks, as per GOAL.

The former Borussia Dortmund star is currently in the final 17 months and 3 weeks of his AC Milan deal. He is reportedly set to be handed a contract extension until June 2029 by the Serie A side.

Ex-Manchester United Star Sends Transfer Message to Pulisic

Former Manchester United star Paul Parker has stated that Pulisic would become one of the best USMNT players of all time should he seal a permanent move to the Red Devils.

“Opportunity to come back to the Premier League with Manchester United? Wow, he would be one of the most famous American footballers ever with that behind him on his CV. I wouldn’t put that to bed. I would try and keep that once alive for someone like that,” the former right-back told GOAL.

Parker continued, “(Manchester United) have got another forward in (Benjamin) Sesko, but there is nothing wrong with having two. The one thing about Pulisic is that he can go and do another job. He has got that bit he can do on the wings as well.”

During his time at Chelsea from 2019 to 2023, Pulisic made 98 appearances in the Premier League. He scored 20 goals and laid out nine assists for the Blues in the English top-flight in the English top-flight.
