Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders is rediscovering his love for football after an intense and often “serious” NFL Draft process. He is hitting it off instantly with his new Browns teammates, including running back Quinshon Judkins.
The Colorado alum and Judkins have become close since the start of rookie minicamp. The pair has grown closer to each other, prompting Sanders to save his fellow rookie from future NFL fines.

The 2025 NFL season is in full flow with the start of the rookie minicamp, and all eyes will be on the quarterback situation ͏in Cleveland.
The Browns drafted two QBs in Sanders and Dillon Gabriel. While the latter took the first snap at the camp, the Colorado Alum appears to be emerging as the locker room favorite as rookie RBs, Judkins and Dylan Sampson, pulled off his celebration for a group photo session that also featured Gabriel.
Judkins and Sanders appear to be becoming friends as the pair are often seen together, even inside the locker room. The former Colorado QB was seen educating Judkins about the NFL Fines during his recent Twitch stream, and he did it so with brotherly love.
“Bro, put on your socks, this is the NFL,” Shedeur told his teammate.
“What are you talking about? I do got socks on, stupid,” Judkins retorted.
“You can’t wear those, you gotta show the stripes, look,” Shedeur pointed out before showing it to him.
“Oh sh*t, those!” Judkins responded.

Sanders declared himself the locker room leader, saying, “W leader,” to his fans on the stream. He looked impressive throughout the rookie minicamp, and many analysts, including Zac Jackson of The Athletic, said Sanders appeared to be better than Gabriel.
“In just throwing the ball, it’s not close. Shedeur Sanders. It’s not close,” Jackson said.
However, he did throw a little bit of cold water on that statement, saying, “Let me counter that by saying this is rookie minicamp. No pads, no full speed competition, nobody coming to knock your head off.”
Sanders looking impressive at rookie minicamp shouldn’t come as a surprise, but it’s never a good sign when reporters are more impressed with your fifth-round quarterback than the one you selected 50 picks earlier.
